Till date
Till date, had no problems shopping on flipkart. Returns, replacements, refunds were seamless; though shipping was a bit slow compared to the competition. Would highly recommend it.

Flipkart Has Stolen My Hard Earned Money
Got a faulty product and when requested for replacement the same day I got it, first they are calling and try to resolve in their own way and not ours. Flipkart customer care is telling me that they will replace my defective phone once but if the replaced product is also defective they are neither going to replace it again nor they will refund me my money back. Can you imagine a smartphone worth thousands and they are not refunding me. What is the benefit of buying from these online stores then if they won't refund our money back if we are not satisfied. After all we are trusting them and buying products without seeing or holding or checking like we do in offline stores. I am done with flipkart.
If we get any defective product from Amazon or Snapdeal, they simply ask us if we want replacement or refund and they proceed with that. Both Amazon and Snapdeal have refunded me before with ease.
Never buy from flipkart because they will never refund your money and also they will replace only once and if the replaced product is bad then you simply lost your money.
Never shop from flipkart specially anything worth thousands.
Go to Amazon or Snapdeal or any offline shopping market.

Average shopping experience with flipkart
Although flipkart shoot out huge discounts during last days.
I found the deals very amazing and shopped for a handbag due to the same reason.
Delivery was not on time as expected but the product is fine. Would recommend not to shop during the festive season.
