Austin Zaback's FlippinSimple was predatory
Paid almost $6K for a course that offered very little in return. In order to be successful, you needed to put in more hours than a full-time job - but of course, they don't tell you that. By the time I realized this, I had already paid nearly 6K, my mentors had left, and the founders - Austin Zaback and Alex Balizado - had already distanced themselves from this business, removing it from LinkedIn, and moved on to a Pest Control business.
FlippinSimple ultimately failed as a business because they overpromised, underdelivered, failed their customers, took the money, and left everyone with no support. Austin Zaback and Alex Balizado act positive, Christian, and supportive, but are ultimately predatory. They don't deserve honest, trusting customers.
