I lost tons of money because their false advertising and wrong ways of stating that you can make money in the remote base flipping house. Actually you will lose a lot money, Flipping houses remotely is totally a wrong way, there will be tons of problems, the people who make money is only the guys they introduce you to do Hard Money Loan with. You will be in deeply debt and ruin your whole life!

This Flip System guys needs to be sued and Arrested see how many reviews below from people been mislead into buying course and then dropping us in the middle of the ocean. They charge rubbish amount even after the 15k course payment for system that does not work or make any sense. Antione and Father you all should be ashamed of yourself because you buying lot of houses with peoples hard earned money and sweat lying that you have a system that is working. They hire people who do not even know nothing about real estate but only know about sales to market to make you buy their course immediately.

Antoine has developed a course where you can learn a ton about real estate. Lost a bunch before taking his course. Now I’m buying tons of properties with little money tied up which throw of boatloads of cash. Great course!!!!

Rehab numbers weren’t accurate. Every third party added to the team added expenses that weren’t accounted for in the initial estimate by FlipSystem. For example, Flipsystem’s rehab number were passed on to the realtor, who’s estimates were several thousand higher. The realtors then gets the job bid out by the construction team, whose numbers are several thousand higher. When the property was ready to be rented, the property manager pointed out several things that needed more work (again costing several thousand more) Overall the numbers provided at the beginning of the project were completely unreliable and I hold Flipsystem ultimately responsible because they are selling the program. I would not recommend them.

This flip system is not a good tool to invest the money as it advertised. The cost of to access to their portal is $15,000 and it all useless. They only refer to the area which only have no buyers, you won't have any rooms to make any profits in the area that they refer. Also, their partners are not that great as they said. After joining them a year, and bought a property referred by them, and working with a partner referred by them as well and I'm still stuck with my money. please do not register with their service and pay $15,000!

The coach is very unresponsive and does not want to be involved.

Please don't trust the reviews. Flipsystem ask early learners from their coarse to review them along with making a short video before any investment or deals been done. They are very good a sugar coating the issues on every part from their crm and excuses if mistakes are made by team member/ team on ground. People who are in the coarse now need to record all information and calls for evidence so they won't get burn badly later on.
Funny to say we seen majority of Antoine family on video calls before and then later they all disapeared including Antoine.

These guys are an absolute total scam. Took my $8000 and over promised and under delivered , big time ! I have a chain of emails and text messages that will be coming out shortly on you tube. Unprofessional and unreliable , and simply straight up lying thru their teeth with what they say they say they are offering in their program.

Need more hand holding since I am new to the system and the flip business but here is all over the email which is kind of sad..

I have been with Flipsystem for 2 years sending offers and following all the recomendations and I was in 3 markets trying to get properties under contract and the realtors that I was working with did not pay much attention to me or seem interested in act quickly for me to get a property, I finally started again in Detroit and after six month ended up putting a property under contract finally but it just happened to be that the property that I put under contract is not going to profit anything after the realtors gave me a different ARV number, I also paid for the leasing agent to drive the neighborhood to see if it was a good neighborhood they all told me I was good to buy it, I ended up buying it and the construction went out of budget and now the leasing agent is dropping it because they say there is a dealers house right next to it and that this neighborhood is a zoo, so in other words I ended up buying a property that won’t cash flow and won’t give profit if I sell it and on top of everything is right next I a dealers house and non of the team that was recommended by flip system was able to tell me about this neighborhood even though I asked many times and now after I finish paying the 15k I paid for this program and that I have being laying with interest over 2 years plus the 200 fee every month I’m stuck with this property and they only care about that I keep paying for the 200 monthly regardless of the bad outcome I have had with their service, in other words none of this investment has been worth it and now I’m stuck with a property that nobody’s helps to solve.

Seems like a lot of money especially when you have no first hand experience. Than they give you all this positivity and say that you need to post a review. No one should have to tell you if you feel they are amazing. It just seemed a lot to risk and truly did not want to take that chance. Again that do not tell you everything. So do your due diligence. This was my first call experience. Don’t always jump until you check into it all the way through. Especially in an area of a state you have never visited or worked in.

There a a lot of hidden costs with buying real estate thru their system that they do not tell you about. Not to mention buying houses thru them you are paying way too much. My market was Detroit. The city as a whole is all in need of gentrification. The biggest problem with buying in Detroit is once you add up all the expenses for a house such as security, Reno, appliances, etc the deal will never pencil out on paper. You end up becoming an accidental landlord. If you are ok with that then go for it if not FLIPSYSTEM is not for you. Be ready to hold the house for the long haul and also be ready to loose money in carry costs. The houses definitely do not sell as fast as they say they do.

I hired Flip System in late 2023 to help
Me in the process of rehabbing and flipping homes. It all sounded great but in practice it was an abysmal failure. They connected me to DOBI real estate in Detroit to be my ground team. I bought 2 homes with them and a few months into the process they revealed themselves as totally incompetent. That had terrible contractors that did horrible work and took 3 times as long as promised to complete rehab projects. These delays, terrible work and incompetence on DOBIs part not only eliminated all potential profits but resulted in me losing money. When i asked FlipSystem for a refund they denied any responsibility and refused. Run from this program! You will lose your money. I know several others like me that had the same experience.
