Warsaw airport to Bialystok service

Warsaw airport to Bialystok service, 11:15 departure on 24th December 2024.

A family of three, my wife, my daughter and I, after the long air journey, each of us had one large luggage piece (each under 20 kilos) and one small cabin-size carry-on luggage (each under 5 kilos).

We had valid tickets, but the drivers refused entry to the bus pointing to our luggage. Neither driver spoke Polish nor English despite the service running in Poland so we could not understand the issue.

They just closed the door in front of us and drove away leaving us stranded in Warsaw.

In the past, I travelled with FlixBus with the same luggage setup (it is what most people have for air travel) and never had any problems. After this awful experience, FlixBus will never get my business.

Rude, unhelpful and dangerous drivers

Well where do I start? (Krakow bus station)

So I got a message to say that our bus was not going to be usual green colour. So we headed to bus station and only saw a green bus and one non green which did not have Zakopane on the window. Headed over to the green flix bus just outside the Flixbus office. Asked the driver is this the bus for zakopane while showing him my reservation on my phone. Rudely said something in polish and shook his head and point over to another side of the bus station. We looked where he was pointing and no bus was there showed him again my reservation and he shook his head and again pointed.
I looked at my phone and it said could be other platforms which I cannot recall at this time. We headed to the others which was where a non green bus was and asked the driver showing him my reservation he said no and pointed down stairs . We went down stairs and no buses there and asked a lady for help. She said no it's upstairs. We ran upstairs and headed to the office as a man was in there now and asked if he spoke English and he said yes. I said I am looking for This bus and he laughed and said you have missed it, it has just left it was her outside the office. I said I asked the driver and he said no it wasn't. He said I can assure it was as I was inside it taking photos. I said well driver said to us it was not the bus. I said so when is next bus? He said in two hours and will cost you this.

We ended up taking another bus at cost to us.

When returning from Zakopane we arrived early to make sure to make the bus. The bus was sitting in a layby and we went up to the driver. Showed him our reservation and he said something in polish and pointed towards platform 13. Our bus was at 18:50 he then showed on his phone 19:15 and then pointed at platform again. I said no 18:50 and again he showed on his phone 19:15. So wife and I went to platform. This was 45 minutes before 19:15.

So my wife and I sat for 45 minutes in freezing cold conditions while he sat in his warm bus smoking his cigarettes. Everyone else who arrived were also told to go stand at platform.

So we did leave at 19:15
This driver has had to be the most dangerous driver I've ever seen driving a flix bus. Over taking on corners at speed, swapping lanes while nearly crashing in to cars, approaching corners at high speed while driving in snowing conditions. Absolutely terrifying experience.

Have used Flix many times before and never had any experience like this.

Does make me think will I use them again.

Świetny kierowca

Świetny kierowca, czysty komfortowy autokar, miejsca pasażer zajmuje zgodnie z zakupionymi biletami, co oznacza brak skandalów pomiędzy pasażerami i bałaganu jaki są zawsze u innych przewoźników. W ogóle przejazd był super.

Spóźniłem się na lot, ponieważ Flixbus anulował w pełni zarezerwowaną trasę bez ponoszenia odpowiedzialności i bez żadnych konsekwencji dla Flixbus

Trasa Szczecin - Lotnisko Berlin Brandenburg, 29/11/2024 godzina 4:50 AUTOBUS nigdy nie przyjechał!! - Brak informacji w aplikacji lub e-mailu - Wziąłem taksówkę z trzema innymi kobietami, które również miały lot tego ranka i nadal spóźniły się na mój lot - Sam poniosłem koszt 400 € - Filxbus wysłał e-mail z informacją o odwołanej trasie po południu 29/11/2024 bez wyjaśnienia, dlaczego i co się stało, oraz bez planu działania w celu poprawy. Zaoferował jedynie zwrot pieniędzy za bilety Flixbus i/lub inny transport, z którego skorzystaliśmy. - Kierowca Flixbusa w drodze powrotnej z lotniska zapewnił mnie, że firma zrekompensuje mi spóźniony lot, co było kłamstwem prosto w twarz. Niegrzeczna manipulacja i dezinformacja mająca na celu zdezorientowanie pasażerów.

Bardzo proszę o informację gdzie mogę…

Bardzo proszę o informację gdzie mogę złożyć reklamację w kwestii przyjazdu ponieważ miałem zarezerwowane miejsce natomiast fizycznie miałem tego miejsca pół ponieważ pasażer który miał miejsce obok mnie ważył 200 kg to skutkowało tym że musiałem chodzić po autobusie i szukać wolnych miejsc w momencie kiedy inni ludzie wysiadali chciałbym złożyć reklamację i wnieść o zwrot częściowy lub całościowy z kosztów zakupu biletu dlatego że droga była bardzo długa około 8 godzin badz 9 w nocy wszyscy pasażerowie poza mną mieli możliwość spania. Z góry dziękuję za szybką odpowiedź. Pozdrawiam Daniel Kowalski

Fake discount codes

They send out „discount” codes that you can only use on the day previous to the day it’s sent to you. I don’t understand why would they want to achieve with it other than to anger the clients and make them sign out of the newsletter.

Very Unprofessional FlixBus Driver

Dobar Dan! I’m so sorry to say this but I don’t like super the service, the way they treat us Asian Filipino..like the driver super Rude Behavior, very unprofessional!!…No understand English… I’ll travel Pula, Croatia to Krakow, Poland. I book thru online I pay almost 90€ me myself only, 75 for ticket and I add luggage 20kl. I paid 5 point something Euro. And when I arrived in Pula Bus Station, the Driver Bus N917 scan my QR Ticket and show also I’ll show my extra paid in Luggage, and he said immediately that I paid 10€ for extra.., what???? I paid already for my Extra.,. But he insist to pay!!! What the f*** on this Flixbus, actually I read some reviews they don’t like your f****** service super rude staff Driver… train them good manners, don’t act like shittt Mr. driver.. your so very unprofessional the way you treated us Foriegners!!! Out of 10 my rates for you was ZERO as in Zeroooo… I’ll travel dated October 12, 2024 N917… More improvement on your service, charging station not working.. grrrr… poor internet connection!😢😢😢
