No one gets back to you

No one gets back to you, impossible to exchange_return.
Received items Tuesday tried on Friday went to exchange said I'd ran out of time, not even had a week let alone 14 days.
Since then been on chat, emailed, no reply.

Hi Kelly,

I’m really sorry to hear you’ve had a frustrating experience, I completely understand how important it is to get a quick response when you’re looking to exchange an item.

I’d just like to clarify a couple of points to provide some context. Your initial email was sent on Friday evening, and as a small business we don’t operate over weekends. You then received a reply from me to your email this morning at 9:30am shortly after at 11am explaining a temporary issue with our returns system.

Regarding your exchange, the item you requested is unfortunately currently out of stock, which is why we weren’t able to process this straight away. But we’re more than happy to help find an alternative solution for you.

As a small business we always aim to respond within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends), and I’m really sorry if this felt delayed from your perspective.

Please check your email so that we can get this resolved for you.

Fantastic service and clothes

Fantastic service and clothes. It’s one of my daughter’s favourite brands. Excellent fit , lovely silhouette and great quality. My daughter has quite a bit of the collection and Flo Fitness always go above and beyond with delivery and clothes

I ordered the set for my girlfreind and…

I ordered the set for my girlfreind and the jacket was to big so sent an email to see what the process is to swap it for a Small but received no reply to this we still have the jacket that's to big. Very disappointing

I’m so sorry to hear this and that you haven’t been able to exchange the jacket yet. I’ve checked our inbox but unfortunately I can’t locate an email from you, it’s possible it may not have reached us.

We do have a returns and exchanges portal available via our website and on written on our packing slip, however I’d be more than happy to help you directly with this. Please could you email us at darcie@flofitness.co.uk with your order number so we can arrange an exchange directly for the correct size right away.
