The delivery was not good for the environment
LE: They did collect the pallet in the end, so I'll increase my experience from one start to 4 stars.
the way of delivery is appalling. the driver did his best with what he had, but not collecting the pallets is really bad for both the customers and the environment. whatever manager came up with this idea should be fired. at least let the driver take the pallets home. or collect and sell them/ reuse them!
LE: Someone from FloorLand called me and stated this is the silliest and unreasonable review a customer has ever left. I told to the guy that unless someone will pick up the pallet, I'm not deleting it. The guy didn't care and continued to explain to me with numbers how expensive it would be to collect the pallets and then accused me of trying to destroy the business. Apparently, it's ok for a business to destroy the environment and pass the unexpected cost of calling the council to collect the pallet. You judge for yourself if you want to be part to such a company

Purchasing online was easy and straight forward, products were ready to pick up next day as promised. 3 stars because one of the 2 scotia beadings was damaged at the end which was wrapped firmly and I assume it is not possible to not to see that was damaged.

Saw an advert in ebay
Firstly ignore the username, can't change it!
Saw an advert in ebay for some quickstep impressive saw cut beige flooring, as I needed 15 packs I was directed to their website directly, and what a lovely and helpful team they have.
Lee was dealing with my order, and after several failed attempts to make payment, he said we could try a bank transfer instead... now I was a little concerned as my bank wouldn't process payment, so apprehensive about the transfer, but glad I did, as within 3 days I now have my flooring delivered, all packaged with care and delivered promptly.
Thank you Lee for all your help, I will be returning to order more items very soon.

I wouldn't have shopped if I had read thier return policy
1 start for the discount ad 1 start for the responsiveness and delivery times.
Return policy is one of the worst for this day and age.
If you return you will lose £45 shipping costs + %25 value of the returned goods.

When your order was shipped, it involved significant costs for us. While we charge a reasonable £49.99 for shipping pallets, the actual expense we incur from the haulage companies is £120.00. This discrepancy is a key factor in our return policy; as a business, covering these costs is essential.
In the event of a return, not only do we absorb the initial shipping cost of £120.00, but we also face the same expense to return the pallet. This process is markedly different and more costly than standard postal services like Royal Mail or Parcel Force. Moreover, our return policies align with industry norms observed by other online flooring companies.
Furthermore, we must consider our internal expenses, which include packaging and staffing. These are all integral to our terms and conditions. To mitigate such situations, we offer a free sample service. This allows our customers to view and feel the exact product they are considering before making a purchase, thereby reducing the likelihood of dissatisfaction and the need for returns. We appreciate your understanding and are committed to continually improving our services for a better customer experience.

Great flooring, slow delivery…
We absolutely love our new laminate flooring from FloorLand.
We were slightly disappointed by the 5 days it took to arrive after paying £80 for an Express Delivery but I believe this was out of their control…
Happy overall, unbeatable prices for flooring & very good customer service when we needed to speak with someone.
