Strongly recommended
Mark was an absolute star and extremely patient dealing with my dynamically changing situation and requirements, including a last minute expedited delivery request. The flooring is looking amazing and so far so good, seems to be high quality.
One thing I'd like Floor Warehouse to consider is introducing a premium delivery service option. I had to move 600kg of flooring myself box by box - took me over 1h and my back wasn't happy. I would have gladly paid a bit extra for someone to do a few rounds unloading from the pallet into a cart, into the lift and then into my flat.

I recently purchased herringbone oak flooring from Floor Warehouse, and I am very happy with my choice. The quality of the flooring is exceptional, it really has given my home a luxurious feel.
