Purchased 2 Jelly Cat items and a labubu items are fully tagged up and boxed a genuine but on inspection obviously fake, do not purchase from this company. Did refund or respond to emails.

Awful website
Awful website, fake items which are advertised as official jellycat. Complete scam they don’t respond to any of your emails or messages, items are fake and won’t arrive. Avoid avoid avoid and order from the official jellycat website if you actually want your item to turn up. Not sure how this website hasn’t been closed down yet as it’s a complete SCAM.

Beware
Beware. Just don’t shop here, they seem to have all five star reviews on the website which I assume are completely fake and fabricated. The website states they are in the USA but they send from China so the website is a lie. I ordered the huge dragon but they sent the large without the tags hoping that I didn’t know it was smaller and fake. The customer service is non existent, they squeezed the two I ordered in the smallest mail bag possible. I’ve asked to return at their own cost seeing as they know they send out fake jelly cats. I’ll be going to my bank if needed because they don’t hurry to email you back. Not trustworthy and the website is a scam.

I have NOT been offered a refund. I have been into my bank and shown proof that these are NOT official jelly cat. In fact when I emailed this place they choose to “ignore” me and this is the only reply I have seen, I have all the evidence I need to show that these are fake and the “seller” seems to lie. Their website says USA but they ship from China. Stop lying and refund your customers that you have lied to!

There has been no “refund without question” and the scammers have now only responded because I have raised this with my bank. The person who has just sent me an email basically told me to return at “my” expense to CHINA and “when” they receive the product back I will get a refund. I’m sorry but I do not trust this company seeing as they have done nothing but lie. It should not be up to me to return something to another state than where I ordered from, seeing as this is not my fault you sent me fake jelly cats you should put this right with you’re customer. This place is a scam and they are trying to scam honest people. Do not buy from them. I now have 2 addresses and a number and I will be reporting this place for selling fake, illegal products.

We offered a full refund as soon as we were made aware of your concerns and immediately began an internal investigation with our supply chain to ensure the correct item and quality were sent.
While we are a U.S.-based company, our international ordered are fulfilled by the nearest warehouses with sufficient supply, especially when U.S. inventory is low. This is noted in our shipping policy, but we understand it can be surprising and we’re working on making this more transparent.
We also offered a discount code as a gesture of goodwill and sincerely regret that this was not enough to change your experience.
We respond to all return and refund requests within 24 hours, and when customers are unsatisfied, we issue full refunds without question—no need for disputes or escalation.
We are committed to honesty and customer satisfaction, and we never intentionally send out incorrect items or “fakes.” If there was a mix-up in sizing, we absolutely take responsibility and are happy to make it right.
