My experience with Floridatix was amazing
I booked my tickets with floridayix 2 years ago, when I had to cancel and rearrange they were amazing and really helpful. I have now booked my not so scary mickey Halloween tickets and again they were really helpful in getting those. Sarah and Penny are both lovely and will help you with all your questions and they sent me instructions of how to get them on the Disney app. Thanks ladies.

Matthew was absolutely fantastic in helping me secure my MNSSHP tickets. After trying multiple times on the website myself, I was worried I may have duplicated the transaction but received no confirmation and honestly felt quite stressed about the whole situation. Matthew took the time to thoroughly check everything for me, reassured me that everything was okay, and quickly identified and rectified the errors I had made during booking. Thanks to his patience, professionalism, and support, my tickets were successfully booked with no further issues and he even made sure I had received the tickets via my email. I’m incredibly grateful for his help and excellent customer service — he really went above and beyond.

It is such a minefield to get tickets for Disney and you are so careful to ensure you are not scammed. It was a real pleasure to work with FloridaTix, all the staff have been friendly, knowledgeable and professional and secured my tickets to Mickey's not so scary Halloween event. Matthew really took the time to explain the Disney App to me and how to add the tickets alongside the other tickets we have for the parks. I personally could not fault Matthew and his colleagues, highly recommend using them for any purchases.

I found this company amazing I’ve used them 3 times now and always give the best deals and unlike most places they have amazing customer service who answer very quickly and are so helpful. I accidentally messed up my booking and penny and Matthew made it stress free, they fixed and amended it straight away and did so saving me even more money.
