ABSOLUTE SCAM and they use multiple names

Product never showed up. Scam

They emailed me a confirmation for my order but when I tried to view it I keep getting they blocked me. So now I lost my money and they have my card info which I have to cancel and replace

Their clothing is polyester crap. Do not buy from them that comes from China and you cannot return it.

Absolute junk please please don’t waste your time purchasing from this company. It’s a total scam. I dropped $50 on a dress that was tarp ( plastic sheet) with string going through it.

AND I sent them photos and they will not refund my money.

Unfortunately this is a scam website. The photographs used are not their own photographs, they are taken from other legitimate websites. A quick image search will take you to the legitimate source and actual owner of the photographs and the garments pictured.

What you are paying for are cheap knock offs.

If you do get your garments you will most probably find they are nothing like the items you ordered.

At this point you will be told that you can return the items but that return postage is your expense. It is NOT. When you receive an item that is significantly not as described the return costs are the sellers not yours. When they realise you are not falling for this part of the scam they may state that they will refund you the costs once received back. They may also ask you to lie about the cost of the goods to avoid taxes. Do not agree to this and keep all copies off any communication.
The only way you will get a refund is to contact your bank or credit card company for a chargeback. If you paid by PayPal then open a dispute. Neither of these are difficult to do so please do not be put off. That is exactly what they are hoping for.

I bought a gold jumpsuit that I had seen on Pinterest. Ideal for my wedding evening outfit.
When it arrived it was not the item in the picture. For starters it was silver! I contacted Flornana who to their credit were very quick to reply and advised me that I could have a refund but needed to return the item by tracked postage to China! I immediately went back to say that I would not be paying postage for an item that was not what I ordered.
Their response was to try it on and quote”I am sure you are charming in this style”
We are now back and forth where they are admitting it’s the wrong item, agreeing a refund but only upon me paying the return postage and them recurve item.
Trackedpostage is costing more than the item so as such I’ll be out of pocket.
Please beware of this if you choose to order from Flormana.
The item may not be as shown on the photo and any return you must pay tracked postage even when it’s them who have sent you the wrong item.
