i ordered a dress from their website.
the 'dress' was delivered on time but was not like the image on their website, the material was the cheapest T shirt material, and instead of all stripes being vertical, half of the material had horizontal stripes and of very poor quality. I will never order from them again and wished I'd checked other reviews before ordering.

Vogel-Strauß-Politik

Auf meinen Rückgabewunsch eines Artikels hin kann das Unternehmen angeblich (unter derselben e-mail Adresse wie bisher!) nicht mehr erreicht werden. Nach Androhung einer schlechten Bewertung bot man mir eine Preisreduzierung an, die ich (unter dieser einen bekannten e-mail Adresse wie bisher) ablehnte, danach war das Unternehmen wieder nicht erreichbar. Die Vogel-Strauß-Politik ist offensichtlich gewollt. Eine anständige Geschäftspraxis ist das nicht!
Eine Erstattung des Kaufpreises werde ich wohl nicht mehr erhalten, deshalb meine dringliche Warnung an alle: überlegt euch sehr gut, was ihr kauft, denn ihr könnt es nicht zurückgeben und Geld zurück gibt es schon gar nicht!
Für mich heißt das: der Einkauf war ein Versuch, den ich definitiv nicht nochmal machen werde. Schon aus Prinzip NIE wieder!

Unable to get a refund to the tune of £86.

Beware, this company is a scam! Items arrived and either don't fit or poor quality and material. I requested a refund, was only offered a third of the price back, or a small percentage and I could keep the items. I had to tick a box I wanted to decline, but there was nowhere on form to say I wanted a full refund.Could not even send a reply. I tried to contact them about 20 times, in various ways, all to no avail. Their email and web address just came back "not found". I am totally disgusted with this company, I most definitely will never order from again. I am down about £86! Disgraceful!

Dishonest online Retailer

This online retailer makes it impossible to unsubscribe from their constant emails. Website helpline does not function. Items are poor quality, avoid at all costs.

One star is too much

One star is too much! I have tried emailing more than once to get an address to return items and get a refund and have had no success. This company is a disgrace and warn others not to buy anything from them.

1 Stern ist zuviel

1 Stern ist zuviel.
3 Kleider bestellt - 3 Kleider zurückgegeben.
1. anderes Design als bestellt, 2. zu klein, 3. Synthetik statt Baumwolle/Leinen.
Alles in streng chemisch riechend.
Dazu kommt, wie von anderen beschrieben, die keine oder endlich aber zähe Korrespondens, mit diversen unterschiedlichen Optionen (prozentual gestaffelt) zur Rücknahme. Es ist deutlich, das kein Geld zurückgezahlt werden soll und eine Rücksendeadresse erst nach Einwilligung zu einem der Verrechnungsvorschläge mitgeteilt wird.

Finger weg von FLORYFASHION - Teil II

Hier die Fortsetzung zu Floryfashion. Das Unternehmen ist nicht an der Warenrücksendung interessiert, würde sowieso Alles auf den Müll werfen. Als Kunde muss man hartnäckig bleiben. Die Gutscheinvariante und die verbilligte Rückzahlung mit Warenbehalt habe ich abgelehnt. Das Unternehmen hat nach langen Verhandlungen 70 Prozent des Kaufbetrags angeboten. Letztendlich bin ich jetzt darauf eingegangen, da ich sonst noch die Rücksendung in Höhe von ab 20 Euro hätte zahlen müssen. Die Firmenstrategie setzt auf Warenübernahme zu 100 Prozent oder hat Profit über Minimalrückzahlung. Das ist erpresserisch und betrügerisch, da die Ware absolut nicht der Ausschreibung entspricht! Never ever again. Finger weg von Floryfashion- hier winkt ChinaBilligware im höchsten Maße!

They may be cheap but these are awful

They may be cheap and you get cheap. Pictures look great but the clothes are disgusting. Everything I bought from tops to dresses are all made from the same cheap nasty material. Not even decent to give to a charity shop. £100 all going in bin! I would not waste my money ever again on sites like these.

Jeg har gennem flere uger frameldt mig nyhedsbrevene.
Får beskeden at det er noteret.
Alligevel bliver jeg ved med at modtage den.

Difficult to get a refund, poor customer service

11/03/2025 I returned the goods (postage needs to be paid) and received an immediate refund, so I have increased my rating from 1 to 4 since the dress was conform to the description, it just didn't suit me, and I have received the refund (minus the original postage). I doubt if I will order again, however, since customer service was poor.
3/3/2025 I received a response giving the return address but no other instructions the day that my initial comments below were published on TrustPilot. I'm now awaiting the refund.

I ordered 3 very similar dresses that arrived safely, matching the description so no issue with the merchandise. However they really do not suit me, I want to return them and get a refund, as Indicated in the conditions of sale. There is no return address, you have to request one. My first request sent on 27 March received an immediate answer offering me a 30% refund and to keep the dresses, or a coupon for a future purchase worth 50% of my order and to keep the dresses. I responded that I would not wear the dresses, that I want a full refund and that I need the return address.
Despite daily messages, I have received no further response from Flory Fashion customer service, although their conditions state the address will be provided within 24 hours. (3 April today) So it seems I am unlikely to get a refund and am stuck with 3 dresses that I'll never wear.
So very poor customer service in my opinion. By the way, you have to pay the shipping costs both ways, most on line sites I use offer free shipping for returns.
