Great quality water bottles, my son loves them. We’ve gone though so many different brands over the years and these are by far the best quality. I also had an issue with the lid and the team at Floss & Rock were superb and resolved it really quickly. I’d highly recommend them and their products (especially the bottles).

Delivery was quick, but unfortunately my package arrived damaged. I contacted them by e mail, and immediately they were so apologetic and sent an immediate replacement, great customer service!. The toy was the perfect present for my grandson, well made and very colourful and tactile.

My original order arrived promptly with updates along the way, and inspite of it being the incorrect item this was quickly rectified and the correct item arrived within 48 hours along with a full apology and encouragement to keep the original item. I would certainly be happy to order from them again.

Great products that are firmly establishing themselves in Salty Dog Emporium. A friendly team that are supportive of a small independent traditional toy shop such as mine. It is also good to see how Floss and Rock are working hard to make their products far more sustainable, which is important to me.

I wasn’t aware of the brand Floss and Rock until a couple of weeks ago when my granddaughter received a magnetic dress up doll which quickly became her Favourite plaything. Having had a look at their website I saw A wide variety of toys based on interests such as cars or dinosaurs. My order arrived the next working day - very well packaged - and I was very pleased at how the toys lived up to what I’ve seen on the website.

Truly exceptional customer service! I had a slight fault on one of the products - not only they replaced it with no charge but also provided a small unexpected present to provide a long-lasting feeling of being a valued customer. The products overall are of a good quality and the cutest design. My 4 y.o. loves her set from Enchanted series - I am sure it will last for years to come.

I bought two puzzles for my grandson who loves them. There was an issue with one of the puzzles which was addressed quickly and efficiently. The puzzles are super and the after sales service impeccable, Would highly recommend.
