I ordered the 10 shorts for $25 on June 5th and they never came!!!! The email confirmation are deleted I’m definitely reporting this to someone!!!

Flow Co. is a small business situated in the lovely city of Gold Coast, Australia! We are focused on creating sustainable eco-friendly period pads that can be reused to save waste. Reusable Period pads are a great way for girls to be confident with their period with creative waste-free designs. We have 10 designs that are very different and offer the comfortability of cloth, so you don't have that bulky feeling that normally happens with disposables. They are waterproof and absorb 3x more than disposable pads do. With plenty of variety for a fair price, we look for an affordable way for women to be eco-friendly whilst stylish. It suits women looking for an eco change to their period, girls just starting out, people looking for a bit of protection from sweat, and people just looking for an added layer just in case! We currently have available: 3 packs, 6 packs, 9 packs, and 12 packs of individual patterns or you can pick whichever styles you like. Feel free to mix and match the styles and sizes to find the perfect combo for you! We also offer a wetbag for when you're out and need a quick change; waterproof, discreet bags that offer a bit of style - of course matching the same style we have for pads! Product seems ok but some issues with seeing order after purchase
I thought when I ordered that I had selected my own designs and sizes but just received random ones. It is also hard to check what you ordered because after you ordered you can’t go and see your order. Product seems good but have only washed once so far.

Thank you for your feedback, we really do appreciate it. Being a new brand we are trying to work out all the details of making our service and pads amazing.
All our pads were hand made and we were still working out the exact sizing of each pattern. We have now created set size for all our future stock. So we are grateful for this feedback as it is helping us understand how to improve the overall product quality.
