Absolute scam ! Purchased a set of what I thought was a 3 piece set . Kabuki brush , Laura Geller foundation and a palette with eyeshadow and bronzer .
The only thing that came was the palette . Not even Laura Geller products .
I've complained and the reply I got was "Thanks for your mail
I'm Anna ,I will deal with this case for you

This product does not contain this brush and foundation

What you received is the product you ordered on our website" the next reply "Thanks for your mail
We are also sorry that you did not receive the order as expected. We also spent a lot of effort and cost
In this case, how about we refund you 13GBP of the money?Do you accept?"
I paid £26 +postage

Absolute joke . The item I purchased mentioned Laura Geller ( which I use) this is clearly not that . And the other 2 items advertised didn't even arrive . So avoid this company .

They take your money and you never get what you ordered.
They play games and might randomly email you, telling you to check your spam for their email. IT NEVER COMES!!!

I paid extra so I could get preview of my cats picture, never seen the preview. Sent emails to ask, heard nothing. Sent another email and still nothing. I think this woman is a fake and scamming people put of money. Ive disputed the payment now with bank to see if I can be refunded, as I believe I'll never receive my canvas if she can't even send preview or respond to email. SCAM SCAM SCAM. AVOID

Low quality product. Didn't look like any of the pictures online. Disappointed in the product. Looks like something I could have done myself at home. Would not recommend

I ordered about a month ago, never received proofs or even a receipt. My 16 year old Yorkie had just passed and I bought under duress and apparently never should have. Makes me so sad I wasted $100.

they spelled my dogs name wrong and would not fix it. they kept deleting my reviews and censored me. I understand why they have amazing reviews on their website now. they simply delete negative ones. quite the business.

It's been 3 months and no painting, all because she sent me a draft to critique and I don't think she liked my critique. I looked like clip art, I could have photo shopped a better version myself. Now they are ghosting me.

I ordered 3 prints BEFORE Thanksgiving. I STILL have NOT received them. She sent me the proofs in a timely manner-they were AWFUL. I was embarrassed by how horrible they looked. I asked for revisions, the revisions were worse. I asked for further revisions, and I haven't heard back from "Helen". I have emailed multiple times and not a word. What kind of business is this?? At this point I just want my money back. What a horrific experience.

Very disappointing! I made two seperate orders from this place, one in November that I bought as an Xmas gift, I was very careful to pay attention to shipping and it should have arrived WELL BEFORE XMAS, and funnily enough my SECOND order which I placed 2 weeks later, arrived before, but my FIRST ORDER (the same as the second) NEVER ARRIVED and it’s been over a month and ruined my Xmas by not arriving. When I looked at tracking the lady didn’t even ship it out until Christmas Eve, 4 weeks later! Why ship it out so late compared to orders made much later for the exact same thing? Makes 0 sense! When I contacted customer service and send proof/screenshot from FedEx, the incompetent customer service send me a screenshot of my second order and was too dumb to notice they were different order number and different tracking numbers.
I’m so angry and frustrated. This company clearly markets as being a “great gift” and “holiday gift” but then purposefully delays shipping Products ordered in November until basically AFTER Xmas, while clearly sending the 2nd SAME ORDER ordered weeks later, sooner.

Absolutely terrible, dishonest, extremely rude, and disrespectful! I ordered a print beginning of October, was ignored upon 3 inquiries for an update until finally hearing back after Thanksgiving!!! Their turnaround time for the initial picture approval is 7-10 days. IT PASSED 8 WEEKS! The picture was actually so bad I showed it to my sons and they started laughing because it didn’t even look like our dog and the photo was extremely poor quality. I contacted customer service AGAIN and they answered, apologizing because “we’ve been so busy” and offered to re-do the picture. Guess what? 2 weeks later, another terrible photo, worse than the first. I was over it. I requested a refund and they lied saying “we used our resources and unable to refund you.” That’s hilarious! I contacted PayPal, immediately got my money back, and they are now under review as a store to utilize PayPal services from hereonout. DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM PLEASE!

You guys scammed my mom so bad, she was getting a surprise gift for her daughter and yall put 0 effort in it, yall pasted the image and put flowers around it, that’s something I could’ve done for free. Scamming people like that is not fair and you need to get shut down. It’s supposed to be sentimental for the owner and yall are taking advantage and ruining the experience. Disgusting, you know what you’re doing.

God how I wished I'd read your reviews before ,they sent me ,my photo back with a red hue over it and cut and pasted flowers around it ,I can't hate it to much cus it was my baby photo,but so disappointed i wasted money on it .

No longer the original design team. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! The portraits now being done are prescribed, not at all custom. This is not the company it once was.

Supposed to be a pet portrait/drawing made from a photo. Appears to be a cut and paste job of my pets face from a photo I sent pasted onto a body with fuzzy ears. The body is drawn by someone or copies from somewhere and covered in flowers to conceal that it has a photo pasted onto it. My opinion of the piece. Do not recommend. I think this is a scam website.

DON'T DO IT! Just don't. "Helen" will ruin your memory of your pet and dishonour their memorial. You are here because you realise there is NO platform for honest reviews, she has the only platform of flowerpup review and it's all strictly controlled.
You will be aghast at the photoshopped mess she sends back to you and 40 emails later while still ignoring your specific requests, she'll just DROP you. Why not? She has your money and there's not a damned thing you can do about it. She's offshore, so you have to contact Italian authorities to complain, therefore you have to speak Italian at a very high level to be able to do this.
BEWARE the "business" who doesn't have an open honest review platform.... google, etc.
Her work is beyond abysmal. And she requested more money to tidy up the mess she made. She absolutely decimated the face and eyes of my adorable pets. Now I hate her, whoever she is. She's basically stealing from people and giving them the finger. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. I would post the picture here but it's not possible.
Another Italian/internet/fake biz scammer. The glossy clips and choreographed 'package openings' on insta/fb are staged

"Helen" does not listen to anything you say. You can ask "her" to change something and she just changes the color of your animal. The "canvas" print I ended up getting was plastic. I probably sent 20+ e-mails back and forth to "her" to change some things and she did not. "she" keeps saying that she worked so hard and will have to charge more. It is all computer generated , she takes the picture you sent her and puts some kind of funky flowers in front of it. It is NOT like the advertisement that is put out there. I started with a pink dog, went to a yellow dog, then a green dog, then a purple dog, then a blue dog. She only changes the color. I hated what she did with my dog. She will not refund anything. Don't waste your money!!!!!!!!

Don't believe the social media hype!!!! You will receive absolutely ghastly depictions of your beloved pets, grainy and rubbish quality (absolutely unable to use the 'digital file' to recreate the image since it is such low quality), photoshopped eyes over your pets' eyes, pets look like a cartoon - more like a halloween picture, repeated (30+) emails back and forth and instruction not regarded AT all, 'Helen' doesn't really seem to have done the work on our collages as they have ZERO professional finesse, they look like the work of a vision impaired child. If I could post the "drawings" here, I would. I wish I had have read these reviews first... Don't waste your time or money on this garbage product, find a local high school student who is good at graphic art and pay them to achieve a far superior result without the heartbreak and disappointment. This was easily my worst ever online experience. Never, ever again. Minus 10 stars.
