SUPER IMPRESSED with level of service!

I am SUPER-impressed by the level of support I received from Olivia and later Lester regarding my Flown Gobrush Pro(Limited Edition). The lengths they go with customer satisfaction is virtually unheard of these days. It’s the level of IT support I used to enjoy at universities I taught at. You hire keepers like the products you represent. Thank you 😊

Unsatisfied

I would suggest not buying anything from this company. Even though they say you can get a refund, you can not because they do not have a warehouse in the USA. I am very dissatisfied with the product and the company.

Olivia 's kind response

Olivia was very understanding. She gave me options for the refund of the product I was not pleased with. The bristles were hard and it did not heat up as it said it would. It was not a good fit for my hair and scalp. I chose to keep it and get 30% back of the cost. That works best for me. Olivia was very professional and kind. Thank you, Beth Chittenden 😊

Impressed with your customer service

I am very impressed with your customer service, thank you Ella. Very responsive and quick to correct a cable issue and come up with a solution agreeable to all. I am enjoying my Go Brush too, I am happy with my purchase.
Update: As an added note I see a few complaints about the product not charging - that was my issue but we worked through some possible fixes and they suggested I try a different cable and it was a cable fault not a brush fault so if you are having problems trying switching out the cable.

I am NOT giving the product 5 stars as the GoBrush PRO really did not work for me, I was hoping I would be able to take this on holiday instead of my straighteners, but my hair was not straightened and was frizzy after 5 minutes. I do however want to thank the two members of the Customer Support Team, Aaron and particularly Carol, who dealt promptly with my complaint and offered me cash back rather than a return. Due to these team members I have awarded the company 4 stars.

I have to give your customer service a thumbs up for excellent feedback. They were polite, understanding and offered any help they could give me.
I would have appreciated the full refund, but that's the chance we take ordering online. I will highly recommend this company.

At first I was mad

At first I was mad, but after corresponding with Taylor, he made my madness calm down. He apologized for what I was going thru. He kept up his correspondence with me and followed thru, till my issue was settle. What
I like about this company is the trust that they are there to help. Today it’s not easy to find trustworthy people that will listen to you and follow thru. Thank you Taylor from Flownbeauty.com for your help. Much appreciated!

Good customer service

Had a few anxious moments concerning delivery but Lester Wise was very quick to respond to my email, helpful and quite correct with his reply. A happy outcome.

Great customer service!

I contacted Flown after a package was marked delivered, but I did not receive it. Carol got back to me almost immediately and we began the search for the missing package. Not sure how it happened, but the package was suddenly delivered. I let Carol know and she has communicated with me a couple of times to make sure I’m completely satisfied with everything. If there were a 10 star rating available, I would gladly choose that for the great customer service Carol provided to me! Kudos Carol!

Shocking customer service battery not holding charge ive had numerous emails asking me taken videos? Of a battery not holding power
They are no better than cheaper ones which I have also got one of

I pushed pay to quick without noticing…

I pushed pay to quick without noticing I had ordered two brushes. I immediately replied by email regarding my mistake and it was fixed in just a matter or minutes.
Now, I will wait for the brush and hope I like it as much as I appreciated the prompt reply and help.

I give 5 stars because in the end Aaron…

I give 5 stars because in the end Aaron helped me get a decent refund and I kept the product. The product doesn’t work for me and I plan to donate it to a girls club. I will say, it took a few emails, photos and patience to reach a satisfactory conclusion, but in the end Aaron got it done.🍕😉

Gobrush

Claire and Zywere very expedient in responding. Just received product yesterday so I have worked with it very little. It does appear that the bristles on the Gobrush could be improved to be more like a regular hairbrush. Gobrush heats very fast.

Flown don’t deny they are selling dangerous electrical products.

I will keep posting until they reply. As per my previous posts, I am still awaiting a reply on here from Flown. Customer service confirmed by email that will not refund or replace any item after 30 days regardless of warranty or applicable trading standard laws.
Mine dangerously went up in smoke just over three months from purchase. Flown, please reply as a warning to others. They do not accept returns after 30 days even if appliance stops working or is dangerous and refuse refunds despite fake guarantees.
