Small company that really takes customer satisfaction seriously. Ordered from Amazon and when it arrived (beautifully packaged!), there was a problem with the non-return inflation valve. I messaged late evening, had a reply on waking in the morning, I supplied the details and a new pillow is on the way, all within 24 hours!

Despite the valve issue I was able to try the pillow by leaning back in a high backed chair at home and I am excited to think that the support it offers will make an upcoming long-haul flight comfortable, and that I might even sleep! 🤞🤞

Ordered a pillow for my niece. It arrived fast and the quality is great.

Brilliant neck pillow arrived quickly and is obvs made of top quality materials. It is extremely comfortable although as I have a very slim neck it may fit looser than it is supposed to, always a difficult call for a neck pillow. The difference between supportive comfort and choking you can be small. The customer service is excellent.

The Flow Zoom inflatable travel neck pillow is H-shaped. It has a “bridge” that also inflates in the back rather than a completely round shape as the foam-type pillows. It allows your head to nestle rather than be pushed forward. It has an adjustable strap to hold in place. Your head and neck are completely supported. Inflates to your comfort level. Comes with a detachable hood that can be used instead of an eye mask, just pull it up and over your head/face, great for cold, drafty airplanes. Includes a set of earplugs and a carry pouch. Fits in your pocket when deflated.
The cover and hood are washable and the fabric is so soft/comfortable.
Takes 2-3 breaths to inflate. One way inflation valve makes inflating, adjustment of level of inflation and deflating a breeze. It comes in 2 sizes.
Prior to having the Flow Zoom pillow, I have flown on 15+ hour flights, JFK to S. Africa and not been able to sleep or rest. This pillow is amazing. Able to sleep and rest for the first time.
I am thrilled with my purchase of the Flow Zoom inflatable pillow.
