Johnathan Semense worked hard to get my new key fob to work. NO LUCK. Now will have to have a tech come out next week. I paid for this up front BUT would appreciate it being refunded if allowed.

Wonderful experience so far!!
I talked to Travis (sales) and he patiently guided me through to what I needed and then set up a time quickly with a tech named Luis. Luis was absolutely amazing!!! He took the time to show me everything and answer all my questions. I had a terrible experience elsewhere so all of this guidance and reassurance was very appreciated!!

Changing the batteries in the panel
Homer was very patient with me as I tried to open the secondary panel to remove the old batteries and close it up again. He did an excellent job of explaining what to do and getting the panel working again.
