I've been studying for my written pilots exam through FLY8MA, and I think the quizzes at the chapter review are immensely helpful.

The information and the way it is presented is an invaluable assistance on your journey to becoming a Pilot. I recommend FLY8MA to all Pilots! Thank you for all the care and time you put into teaching!

A wealth of information at no expense. Thanks FLY8MA.

Great content in an easy to understand format with illustrations that stick. Thanks for the help! I’m a relatively new pilot in my 50’s, just got my instrument six months ago and working my way toward CFII. His was the best program I’ve used so far in my journey. Thanks!

I am someone that has always been around planes and just never became a pilot. This course is easy to fallow and is step by step information. Glad I found a way to cut my cost, just by being able to be self thought.

Awesomely aviation information in a great format.

Great instructor

I think your method of transmitting the information is excellent and your private pilot’s course is perfect .

Watching your videos is instructive and entertaining.
Modestly the rating of my experience with you is perfect and goes beyond FIVE STARS

Thank you and I look forward to my practical training with you.

All the best

Fly8Ma has been a great resource for adding to my knowledge base. The instructional videos are concise and give you the meat and potatoes of flying. It also has added content that you typically won’t find or learn from a book.

As a rusty pilot FLY8MA is the perfect way to come back up to speed. Explanations are clear, to the point, and very well organized. I wish something like this existed in 1982. Recommend.

Good experience overall. Just a bit expensive to stay with it.

I had difficulty logging into the site but it appears to be remedied now. I like Jon's presentations because they are presented more from the pilot's viewpoint than from an instructor's or FAA examiner's.

Top notch training, love little rocky squirrel.

Has really helped me get ready for written instrument and commercial exams.

PPL ground school is a great program and Jon is clearly a solid teacher. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was a few times in the content there were some minor items that were either against the FARs or what others commonly consider unsafe. One quick example, Jon takes off in one session without his shoulder harness on, which is a requirement. If the harness was inop or prevented him from safely flying, then it would be important to say that. Otherwise excellent content!

Great content. Well organized. Presented in an easy to understand manner !! Excellent website !!

Informative and honest. Good source for relevant flight information.
