Basis Travel made my summer travel sooo much better. I knew I was going to have several long haul flights coming up, so I decided to sign up for the United Premier 1K access. The process was really easy and the support staff was always super helpful responsive to any questions I had. My status was bumped up and this allowed me to get upgrades to business class on all of my long distance flights. It's definitely worth it if you are committed to a lot of flights within a few months. I'd really love it there was a way to pay and extend the status. They'd have me as a repeat customer for life.

I've had great experiences with FlyBasis. Not sure about the negative reviews, but I'm a real customer, I've had two different status upgrades, each was communicated via email on the process along the way. I'm very happy.

It sounds like scam at first when you see the website but let me tell you, they are legit. It was a fast and easy process and they communicate directly to you via text making communication a breeze. I was able to enjoy lounge access and other perks on my international flights due to upgrades and very happy with the service.

My experience with Ryan at Basis was top notch he got me my 1k status on United just before my London trip and I was able to upgrade to business class!!! I do most of my international travel between September and November so my 1k status will be put to work. What I did not realize is if you meet a certain amount of PQP & PQF you will get 1K status for the next entire year!! Sign up people and travel in style!!!

My experience was wonderful and I received what was promised in a timely manner and the communication in between was always there. It felt good having my benefits back, it’s was so hard going back to silver after achieving platinum tier status, so I was happy to be able to go back to it again and enjoy my priority upgrades!
