A bogus website/company

My experience is that this is a bogus site. I contacted them by their email less than 12 hours from the time I ordered to cancel my order (according to their agreement). I got no response.
I sent an e-mail every 24 hours for the next 5 days and still, no response.
The last one came back, "unable to deliver". I sent one more...same thing.
I contacted my credit card company, gave them the details and they credited me back my money.

The only thing I ever received from this drum "company" was a notice that my order had been received. And, of course, the charge for the drum showed up within 24 hours on my bill.

Wonderful drum for meditation and creative play

Wonderful drum! Thank you for making it easy to purchase this wonderful instrument! I was able to get a lovely sound right away with the mallets you provided. Listening and watching people play Song of Storms was helpful too.

Fly drum is fun to play

The Fly drum is a well made and quality instrument. What I like about it is the resonating tone. It is such a relaxing and pure sound.

Last week I bought a Fly Drum and I…

Last week I bought a Fly Drum and I just received it yesterday, it took 5 days I think. First impressions are great, I'm really enjoying it. You can tell the quality of the material is top-notch. I thought it might be another one of those chinese ripoffs, like I've bought on amazon. But no, this one is pretty legit. And in terms of sound it's a brutal difference! So powerful that it's like you're inside the instrument. Very cool.

I had a question about the tuning, I spoke to them via chat, they were helpful. Delivery was also quick and hassle free.

this might just be drume music

isn't this odd, i never suscribed to their newsletter, NEVER. yet I have their emails in my inbox.
the peculiar thing is that they look just like the ones from drume music, which has terrible reviews.
I never got my instrument from drume and they stopped replying to my emails (no refund either).
out of curiosity i asked flydrums , the costumer support says they reply within 24h, of course they didn't!
Tania from flydrums might just be Joyce from drume music!
This is probably the same people scamming and putting up fake 5 star reviews!
