Flying Scot Edinburgh Are No Better
We used Flying Scot in Edinburgh Airport. Driver who arrived to pick us up late Sunday was abusive, aggressive and even threatened to take us to police - although he couldn't articulate why! He traumatised my five year old and was only concerened with how busy a night he was having - not borne out by the fact that we didn't see a single one of their buses in the 30 minute wait (they are based 3 minutes drive from the pickup). Choice examples of his tirade "people like you are nothing!" and "You;d better watch your mouth". Pay the little extra and go elsewhere.

There's a reason they're cheap.
We've used flying scot a couple of times due to the cheap price, but after the second time we decided we'd pay more and go elsewhere next time. The customer service is atrocious and the whole experience causes stress.

Beware, your car will be damaged
I recently used Flying Scot in Glasgow and while I was away paid for the valet service. When I collected my car I noticed that the radio reception was fuzzy but as it was late I turned the radio off and drove home. The following morning I noticed that the aerial had been snapped off and had been hidden under the passengers seat. I phoned Flying Scot immediately and was told to email the manager. The response was extremely poor and the manager insisted his staff were adament that they had not broken the aerial and were therefore not liable. Zero customer service and staff including the manager who clearly couldn't care less. Would never recommend this company to anyone.
