This time round we felt valued with the travel agency communication about the rescheduling of the flight.
Flight from Kigali- Rwanda to London Heathrow was most of our best experience in the flight. We were given priority sits as requested the travel agent pre traveling.
Was so grateful thanks.

I booked a holiday with fly safari for the first time in July 2024 for the first time and my ticket was for December, to be honest it was the most stress-free experience because they made a payment plan for me and made sure they dealt with everything including my kg's and because of the payment plan I didn't even feel stressed about the amount I had to pay. To be honest my holiday went off without a hitch and I had no issues
