Missing item, zero customer support response
I ordered the Buda Ball and Py (Order FLY10679). The package arrived with only the Buda Ball — the Py was completely missing.
I emailed their support on March 10th with full details. Four days later, not a single response. No acknowledgment, no automated reply, nothing.
I then submitted a contact form on their website as a follow-up. Still waiting.
Looking at other reviews here, this appears to be a pattern — ignored emails, missing items, no accountability. For a brand positioning itself as premium, this level of customer service is inexcusable.
Currently in the process of initiating a chargeback through my payment provider. Would not recommend purchasing from Flyte until their support issues are resolved.
