the person who booked my ticket spelled…
the person who booked my ticket spelled my name wrong even tho i spelled it correctly several times! i never got an email and when i did it was too late and it cost me about 500$ for something that was his fault! i am NOT happy!! UPDATE the person who booked my ticket got a hold of me and is going to refund the xtra money that i had to pay....i'm feeling much better about it now.... thanks (STILL NO REFUND! WILL NOT RECCOMEND OR USE AGAIN!) ok update..... a guy named logan is helping me get my refund........... so i would change my review to a 4 star.... he has spent a lot of time working to get my money back..... but i would say that if there are heavy accents with who you are trying to make a reservation with ask for another rep to work with you so this will not happen to you!

You were quite popular among the agents for being very " chill and cool traveller " .....even though what happened with your flight was never our intention, nor does it reflect the values Travelay was founded on. We take full responsibility — even though the issue originated from a technical error on the airline’s end, we should have monitored your booking more closely.
