i paid to be helped to apply for a schengan visa and i was told by the VFS in london that im not eligible to apply for it and the company i used which is Fly travel have scammed me because its not possible for someone who is not a UK resident to apply for a schengan visa from the UK. i have contacted the agent who was helping me regarding my refund of close to £300 because i paid and spent money for a service i never received. now the agent Ahmed is not replying to my messages and is ignoring my calls.
