Good afternoon, everyone! I want to say a huge THANK YOU to your company for the diligent and noble work of your employees. When buying air tickets , I managed to cooperate with Mila Williams . I bought a ticket in advance, about three months before the flight from Los Angeles to Moscow. I couldn't find a ticket on my own. It turned out that I turned to Mila for help. She searched so hard and selected various options that could satisfy me both in terms of dates and time of flights and with one transfer in Istanbul. The shortest and most comfortable transfers turned out. My flight took place from Los Angeles to Moscow with a short transfer in Istanbul from 28/10/2022 to -29/2022. … and a return flight from 13/12/2022 to 14/12/2022. For which I thank Mila with a smile and admiration. I think that such an employee is worthy and should be appreciated by your company as the best employee and an example for others! Thank you very much for your hard work! I will buy tickets and book hotels from you!

After receiving a request from the company, I have deleted my first review that went in to detail about my experience. At the end of the day, what really matters is that in my case, in my opinion, they made a serious customer service mistake that ended in them losing my business.
First, a few positives.
1. Their online form is easy to use.
2. The response rate is fairly quick.
3. My individual contact was very responsive via phone, email, and text.
4. Even after the experience that I had, they continued to reach out to try and earn my business.
I would recommend that you ask lots of questions to understand what you are purchasing, in particular, how are they able to offer such low rates when the online fares are much higher? What are you giving up as a consumer by accepting a lower fare though this company? What are you agreeing to as a consumer to get this lower fare? Is your ticket refundable? Are there fees associated with cancellation?
In my case, the answer to one of these questions made me uncomfortable, so I decided not to use their service. I have learned a lot from this experience that, in the future, will make me a better consumer of this type of product.
To be fair, if you read the reviews, there have been many people who were happy with the service and tickets they received. That is definitely possible. The prices seem good and the responsiveness was also great, What wasn’t great for me was what is in the fine print. I walked away and they lost my business. You might be able to get your questions answered and have a positive experience.

Mila was very helpful, kind. She sent us several options to choose the best one. She guided us through the whole process. We got all the information what needed.
