Just purchased my BMW M3 Touring from FM Vehicle Solutions — this is actually my second car from them, after previously buying an Audi RS4. I can’t recommend these guys enough. They go above and beyond to make things happen. I asked for the wheels to be sprayed gold, and they sorted it quickly. They even stayed open after hours to accommodate me, as I work and travelled all the way from Nelson. Top-class service from start to finish!

Due to work commitments, I wasn’t able to travel to Birmingham to collect the car, but they made the entire process seamless. They sent me a huge amount of information, photos, videos, and even arranged video calls to walk me through the vehicle in detail.

On the day of delivery, they drove the car to my city, took it to a local car wash to have it freshly cleaned, and then personally delivered it to my doorstep. They offered me a test drive, explained all the features thoroughly, and only then did we complete the transaction.
