I needed 4 outdoor cushions which would sit adjacent to each other, for a large and awkward shape raised ‘sun bed’
Spoke to customer service to get advice on which materials would best suit my needs. One of my measurements were ‘slightly out’ when they came to cut and make, so they contacted me on how I wished to proceed,
As per other reviews I did have to do a couple of follow up calls and lead time was longer than advised. However I was super pleased overall. Would definitely use them against

First off the end product is good. I’m really happy with the quality and manufacturing of my bespoke cushions.
However what let’s the company down on a huge scale is the general customer experience.
Communication was poor, lead times were extended and I only knew this by continuous chasing.
Ownership and solutions to issues were almost non existent. I wouldn’t use this company again based on how stressful and time consuming it was overall.

Very happy with our new seat and cushions.

We decided to have complete new sets as old seats had become a bit soft. The new set is absolutely superb quality and very comfortable and a perfect fit.
It was delivered within the timeframe advised when ordered.

Contacted this company via email very quick response, several quotes later we had the order placed and confirmed. We had a deadline for delivery which was met earlier by a few days so great service.

Cushions are well made, they are the cushions which make up our bed in a camper van really comfortable. The covers can be taken off and washed also this means we can renew foam if necessary.

Very happy to recommend, we will post pictures of the cushions later.

We recently ordered a window cushion for our living room bay window which comprised 5 equal sections. Recently took delivery of my camper cushion covers and I have to say I am more than happy with them. Amazing quality for an amazing price. I couldn't recommend foam and covers any more.

Overall an excellent experience. I had never heard of the company but when I needed bespoke cushions for my large sofa I hunted round the internet and found them, and it was a good decision. The cushions took about six weeks to arrive, and bar some initial confusion about the fabric the customer service was excellent; in particular, Wayne always responded to emails quickly and coherently. The cushions themselves are excellently made and the covers are just right. My only caveat would be that the back cushions are rather too firm, but that's not the company's fault, and the base cushion is brilliant. Highly recommend using this company.

10/10 for customer service, thorough quick and a perfect fitted foam for my weird shaped window seat. I could not be happier, thank you so much.
