The lads in Fogg Father , Harlow, are always exceptionally helpful . I wanted to change over from disposable vapes to a rechargeable one and they took their time in showing me different options, and discussing which unit would suit me best . They demonstrated how to set it up, change coils etc, so I walked away with a good understanding of operating my new vape . Excellent customer service . Thanks so much

I was told it would be delivered on Tuesday it is now Friday and have not had it delivered I assume this is most likely to do with the delivery company but I have had to go out to another vape shop and purchase liquid

Well, it hasn't arrived! So its a bit difficult to suggest my experience is anything other than disappointing!
I contacted Fogg Father about the order and their response could not have been more impressive! They apologised profusely and drove a replacement order to me straight away!!!
