In my opinion... Do not touch with a barge pole. Terrible product- hot tap faulty from day one. I had to spend more on plumbers installing and fixing the tap, than the £749 original cost. Aft... Ver mais

Great customer services when needing to arrange an exchange for a tap, very fast communication.
I ordered a replacement boiler on the Thursday and paid for next day delivery, unaware that I’d past the deadline time for it. I wasn’t going to get the product until the Monday morning. I contacted Fohen who the arranged for the product to be delivered on the Saturday, which was great for me. Excellent customer service.

Good fast communication, I would have prefered to just call than email, you get more done in a shorter time. However, it was fine, and they responded in a timely fashion. Delivery was really good, and while it's no Quooker, it is good.

Great tap, looks great in our kitchen replacing our old one which was on its last legs. Plumber remarked on how easy it was to fit so hoping it lasts us well. Ordering was easy and arrived in a few days…would definitely recommend Fohen. 5 stars

Ordering process was easy and was kept in the loop on delivery etc. Item packed really well, and installation didn’t take too long.
So far been using it for 1 week, it’s been excellent and no issues. Would recommend based on this.

this is our second Fohen boiling tap, after fitting for a customer we decided to up grade to the new boiling tap 100% hot water

A great alternative to other instant boiling water taps and this design is more in line with our preferences. Having a separate tap for the boiling water is both a good safety measure and practical, especially in our scenario where we have dual sinks. The build quality is good and everything came well packaged, which gives me confidence in it’s longevity.

Quick delivery and good quality product. Excellent value for money compared to main brands. Easy to install and gets plenty of use without any issues. Hot enough for making tea and coffee. Flowrate fast enough for drinks which is our main use. Filling a saucepan is a little slow.

We purchased the Fohen tap kit when there was a offer but even without the offer it is still very competently priced. I would normally do the plumbing myself but on this occasion I paid a plumber to fit the tap, hoses and reservoir tank. Some thought has gone into the dimensions of the tank as it fits perfectly under the shelf, under the sink. The entire install took about 90 mins. The controls are easy to use and set and a cup or mug of tea or coffee can be made instantly for as many as 5 or 6 people, (the most we have made at one time so far).

We are extremely happy with our Fohen 4 in 1 tap, Boiling water instantly is new to us and we love it , filtered water is excellent too, so we are also happy with the Fohen service we received

We purchased our Fohen Flex Matt Black 3-in-1 Instant Boiling Water Tap in October 2021.
Within 5 days of installing it, the torsion spring in the boiling water handle broke so we emailed and they sent us replacement parts, as part of our 5 year warranty.
Over the past 4 years, they have discontinued the filters we need for our tap multiple times (due to different ownership apparently) and we had to buy different filters and change the filter fitting
Since doing this most recently, our boiling water tap has leaked excessively after using the boiling tap function.
I emailed them for help and they sent some instructions for how to descale the boiler, as apparently this can cause the tap to release/push water out when not on. We followed the instructions exactly and when we turned the boiler back on, the boiler kept heating up while the tank was attempting to fill. It seemed like it couldn’t fill up faster than the boiler was heating so it burned out. The only thing that came out the tap was smoke and the awful smell of burning plastic. The base of the boiler cracked and started leaking water inside the kitchen cupboard and then our electrics tripped - a bit more drama than I was expecting!
I’ve told Fohen that their instructions are dodgy and our boiler is now broken and they have offered me a discount on a replacement from them.
I will install my new Fohen boiler and hope that this one doesn’t have the same issues as the previous one.
They’ve assured me that the company is under new ownership since May 2025 so I hope to not have more issues… time will tell.
It’s a shame as the tap looks great and is so convenient (we drink A LOT of tea) but it has had a lot of issues and requires regular maintenance and filter changes.

Fohen (taps) were so helpful in helping me to obtain the correct part for my daughters tap .
They even went that extra mile to send the part by "Next Day Delivery "

The boiler supplied was the EU-plug variant. I raised this as a UK safety/compliance concern (UK plug requirements for domestic appliances) and asked to return/reject the order.
Fohen refused to treat it as a statutory rejection and insisted it was simply “as described / EU variant” and that I had chosen the wrong product. They then refused to provide a return label unless I paid for their courier service. After that, they issued a £20 invoice for the DPD return label and added wording stating that by paying it I “expressly confirm” the £20 fee is non-refundable and “will not be recoverable through any future claim, chargeback, or dispute.”
That is a rights-deterrent tactic: pay, and you’re pressured to waive legitimate dispute routes.
I returned everything unused and received the goods refund, but the process was obstructive and the terms/wording were aggressive. I’ve reported the matter (including the invoice wording and returns policy screenshots) to the relevant consumer enforcement channels. If you buy from them, keep everything in writing and screenshot the policy and invoices.

I’ve had a Fohen hot water tap for two years. It’s now continuously running (video available). I spent weeks and weeks in email communication with Fohen who were slow to reply and (like their product) unreliable. They sold me a new spout for £30 which did nothing to help. They promised to pass to their technical team but heard nothing.
It’s not surprising they have a rating of 3.1.
Buy cheap, buy twice!

EVERY BIT OF THE SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT. FITTING WAS A WEE BIT TRICKIER THAN IT LOOKS AND THAT WAS A PLUMBER FITTING IT. OVERALL THE TAP IS LOVELY TO LOOK AT AND EASY TO USE. EXCELLENT ADDITION TO NEW KITCHEN
