I bought a Fold reformer as it's the brand that the Studio I attend uses so it's tried and tested. There are some good upgrades on this design too. I use it everyday and can't recommend it enough!

Had a fold reformer for about a month now and I'm absolutely loving it. Really easy to set up and it's a solid piece of kit. I'd been going to classes but was struggling to fit them in with life. Having the ability to use it, and stream different classes, whenever I want, is brilliant. I used an allegro at the studio and the fold is just as good. It takes up a lot of space but that's the nature of the beast. Highly recommend!

I found Fold through Instagram and purchased one of the preloved foldable reformers, and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the quality and condition of the bed! It’s stunning, easy to fold away, and also incredibly sturdy. Customer service has also been excellent. I picked up the reformer from the London office and the whole team gave me a warm welcome and helped me load the bed into my car. Paul and the team have been so responsive and have gone above and beyond to ensure that I was also able to get the additional accessories that I needed sent straight out to me at home. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Fold. The team went above and beyond to help me arrange a quick collection of my reformer from their London office, and everyone I met on the day of collection was friendly and really helpful.

Paul, who I communicated with over email, was very responsive and answered all my questions clearly and quickly.

I recently purchased a foldable reformer bed and couldn’t be happier with my experience!

The quality of the reformer bed is outstanding, it feels incredibly sturdy and well-built. The Easi-Fold design makes it so simple to use and makes storing the reformer away genuinely effortless.

Big shout out to Paris from customer service, she was incredibly helpful, quick to respond to all my queries and made the whole process feel really easy :)

Another big plus is the variety available on the app, there’s a mix of classes, reformer, mat Pilates and barre classes!!

Would really recommend FOLD Reformer to anyone looking for at home reformer classes.

Reformer was far beyond expectations and deliver and set up where so easy. App is great so far with over 200+ classes. Cant wait to get my mini studio up and running from home!

I placed an order for a reformer on February 16th and at the time the website was showing a delivery date of the 28th of February. I decided to make the investment as I was in my third trimester of pregnancy and was finding it difficult to keep up at my reformer studio. I cancelled my class membership for 28 February given that my new reformer was expected to arrive. However, when the 28th February approached, I had not received a dispatch notice so I followed up for an update (this was not proactively given by Fold). I was then informed that the colour I had ordered (Chocolate/Red Oak) was delayed and it would be back in stock/ delivered between 11-21st March. Once again, 11 March came and went and no update from Fold on my order so I followed up and was told by a customer service advisor that the delivery timeframes were actually 6 WEEKS FROM THE DATE OF ORDER not 2 weeks as stated on the website and my reformer would not be coming until April. I queried why I had been told that the delivery date was 11-21 March then was reassured that it would arrive in their warehouse on 16 March. Fast forward to today (17 March) and surprise surprise there are further delays and now it won't arrive until 30 March and delivery will be arranged thereafter. I have no doubt that on 30 March, it will be pushed back again as the company seems all over the place. Fold are clearly drop shipping their reformers based on order quantities and don't have any control over their shipping provider. By the time it's going to arrive, my baby will be here and I won't be able to use the reformer which defeats the whole point in ordering it in the first place.

If you are like me and paying a premium for a Fold Reformer due to the "Fast delivery", I wouldn't bother.
I should have done myself a favour and ordered a much cheaper brand that would have likely come by now. I can't comment on the quality (which everyone seems to be positive about) but if you are expecting to receive your reformer within a few weeks like me - BEWARE. The delivery date will continuously be pushed back and customer service never give you an accurate date - they just tell you what you want to hear so you don't cancel your order and go elsewhere.

UPDATE FOLLOWING FOLDS RESPONSE:

I took screenshots of my laptop screen at the time of the first delay of the reformer and at no point did the website ever have a lead time longer than 2 weeks (so this response is factually incorrect). I am liaising with Trustpilot to upload these screenshots (so other reviewers can see that this was not transparent on the website) along with my follow up emails nothing that the only time Fold was proactive in telling me about the delays was when I mentioned that I would be leaving a review about my experience. I had to follow up for an update on 3 other occasions.

If you check reviews from August you will see that this has been a recurring problem for the Company.

Given the lack of accountability with this reply (implying that I had misread the shipping timeframes when I have screenshots to prove otherwise), I will be cancelling my order as there is nothing worse than a company that does not accept full responsibility for their misleading website or their mistakes. Do better with your customer service.

I was informed accurately. They always answered me if I had a question . The Fold refer turned up on the day it was due and the machine is a really good quality . Three members of my family regularly use this including my disabled daughter which make it so easy to adjust the exercise activities to suit each person . This is an excellent life investment . I bought the socks as well. — really good quality 👌

Honestly, this Fold Reformer has completely changed my life. As a mum who works from home, finding time to exercise is always a challenge, and getting to a studio regularly just isn’t realistic. Being able to do reformer workouts at home, whenever I have a spare 20–30 minutes, has been a game changer.

Reformer is the only type of workout I’ve ever truly stuck with. It’s low impact, which is perfect for me as I suffer with hypermobility, and it allows me to build strength without putting stress on my joints. Having my own reformer at home means I can stay consistent in a way that just wasn’t possible before.

The quality of the reformer bed itself is excellent. It feels sturdy, well-made and very professional for a home setup. It arrived within about 4 weeks and was exactly what I hoped it would be.

The Fold app is also brilliant. It’s really easy to use and there are loads of great workouts to follow, whether you want something quick or a longer session.

It honestly feels like having a studio experience at home. If you’re busy, short on time, or just want the flexibility to work out when it suits you, I couldn’t recommend it more. Such a worthwhile investment.

I recently received my reformer from Fold, the quality is excellent. Delivery has been excellent too and I was kept informed at every stage. Any queries I have had have been answered efficiently and promptly.

A great product built with a premium luxury feel. Excellent customer service from start to finish. The communication from order to delivery was brilliant.
I've had the product for over a month now and it has exceeded all expectations.
It's perfect for my home office space, but I could also see this being used in a commercial setting due to the build quality.

The Reformer itself is truly exceptional in terms of quality. The craftsmanship feels very high-end and absolutely comparable to the major, well-known Pilates brands on the market. The carriage moves smoothly, the materials feel solid, and the overall construction is extremely well made. From a product standpoint, it really meets the standard of established industry leaders.

The team at Fold has also been very kind and accommodating whenever I was in contact with them. Customer support was helpful and solutions were handled quickly when needed.

That said, there are a few aspects of the overall experience that could be improved. The delivery happened significantly later than originally planned and required several follow-ups on my end to get updates. For a product in this quality and price category, I would expect a bit more transparency throughout the process. For example updates about production status, shipping timelines, or when the machine is actually on its way. Being kept more clearly in the loop would make the experience feel much more aligned with the premium nature of the product.

There was also a complication with the delivery itself. The service that was supposed to include two people bringing the Reformer into the apartment unfortunately did not happen, so I had to arrange separate help. That said, Fold reimbursed the additional transport costs very quickly, which I appreciated.

Another small improvement would be a more structured onboarding experience. While there are helpful setup videos, a short welcome guide or manual explaining things like the springs, the setup process, and how to get started with the app would make the experience feel more intuitive.

Finally, in situations where quick support is needed, it would also be helpful to have a phone number available, as currently communication happens only via email, which can make it difficult to get immediate assistance.

Overall, the product itself is excellent and truly impressive. With a bit more transparency and guidance throughout the process, the customer experience could fully match the outstanding quality of the Reformer.

Honestly can’t rate this company and the reformer high enough. Communication from purchasing to delivery have been outstanding, and the reformer itself was really simple to set up and lovely to use. I’m finding the online classes a little difficult to navigate but I’m sure I will find my way soon enough. Very happy with my choice and investment :-)

Very good customer service. The staff get back to you quickly, trying to resolve your issue. The machine is also really good quality and comes with extra equipment like box, pilates ring etc. I had nothing but a great experience, thank you.😊

I absolutely love my Fold Reformer. Right from moment of purchase the customer service and support from Fold Has been amazing. Updates on progress of delivery. I liked the videos how to set up and Fold away. I love the Fold app and community. My Fold bed is brilliant. I love how smooth the transition on carriage is, no noise compared to some I've used in gyms. It's beautiful. I highly recommend this company. They have throughly through about the whole process of the client experience I would say they deserve 10 stars not five. Thanks Fold team I'm loving this journey. I'm sharing this with everyone ❤️

I love my reformer - I’m 57 years of age & worried I was too old - I wish I hadn’t hesitated. The set up was very easy. I have been using the app & workouts which are so helpful & easy to follow. As a beginner I can suit the workouts to my time & level. Don’t hesitate - best decision!

I can’t say how pleased I am with the whole package and the app too. I did a lot of research before I purchased and chose this bed due to a number of features that were head and shoulders above the rest. These were related to use and build quality. Needing to train at home, and I knew I was hooked after a few classes, I wanted to invest in a brand that I could trust and support beyond that initial purchase. Not may offer this, but Fold do. The customer support was super and also very welcoming.

Really impressed with both the product and the support team. They answered all my questions quickly, and the reformer itself is high quality and easy to set up.

I bought a FOLD reformer for my wife in red oak and chocolate and she is over the moon! Delivered quicker than expected and the customer service was amazing. Got to see the bed at the showroom and met some of the team who were really nice, and shout out to Paris who was so helpful with a few questions I had leading up to delivery. If I could give more stars I would!
