Excellent Customer Support
Due to the nature of our product being a supplement, we sought out a payment provider that could partner with us sufficiently on our journey. Fondy have been exceptional. I’ve been using Fondy for around a year now and so far so good. No major problems. Recently I’ve opened a new store and Piotr had my payments running in no time. Very friendly and professional.

Уже несколько месяцев пытаюсь подключить оплату на новом сайте. Все начиналось хорошо. Менеджеры быстро связались и начался процесс удовлетворения требований для подключения оплаты на сайте(регистрационные документы, изменения на сайте и тд). В итоге все закончилось новым "циклическим требованием": Предоставить историю оплат на сайте....
Понятное дело что для сайта у которого ранее не было оплат на сайте это требование выполнить нельзя.... шах и мат... Жалко потерянного времени!

I applied on december and my account…
I applied on december and my account has only just got up and runinng today. Customer service isn't great you have to keep contacting them back and forth and most of the item they don't answer the phone or respond to calls. I am very dissapointed.
Pick them, and it's your own fault
Fondy.eu cost us a lot of money. Read this.
We used fondy for around 8 months with very low chargeback rates. From their perspective, we must have been the ideal client.
Then, on Dec 29 2021, we got an email from them telling us that on that they will stop services with us by Dec 31 (within 3 days!), for reasons "beyond their control". We have never received any communciation about this prior to this email about any issues with our account (they claim that, but it's not true).
We then immediately tried to reach out to them, by email, phone etc. Nobody around, no response.
Two weeks later (!) we finally managed to reach somebody (Neal). Neal said he'll look into our case. Never heard from him or his colleagues again.
This meant: fondy.eu cut access so we had no payment processor, causing major damage. Also the recurring payment profiles which users set up are lost.
In summary:
- They'll cut access without reason
- They lie to you (e.g. by claiming they sent prior communication about it, which they didn't)
- They play dead and offer 0% support to clarify the situation
If you pick them, and the same happens to you, it's your own fault.

04.12 nie można się zalogować do panelu przez CAŁY DZIEŃ!, infolinia nie działa chociaż na oficjalnej stronie w sobotę do 19tej, na zgłoszenie mailem czekam już godziny bez odpowiedzi! Wcześniej były problemy innego rodzaju, ODRADZAM!
5 grudnia, nadal panel nie działa, brak dostępu do jakichkolwiek danych, brak możliwości realizacji zwrotów pieniędzy klientom, brak mozliwości przyjmowania płatności. Jak dotąd ZERO reakcji po zgłoszeniu problemu na podany do zgłoszeń adres email. Straty już idą w tysiące, totalna kompromitacja...
Update 20.04.2022 nadal konto nie aktywne, oni tego w ogóle nie ogarniają, dział pomocy nie odpowiada w ogóle lub po baaardzo długim czasie, na ostatniego maila ode mnie nie odpowiedzieli do tej pory ok.DWÓCH M-CY!! Pierwszy raz w zyciu widze taką niekompetencję w sektorze usług finansowych....

Реклама на сайте не соответствует действительности, а фондю на это отвечает "мы менять не будем".
Хреновая работа с зарубежными покупателями, конверсия не больше 70%. Несмотря на показанную на странице оплаты сумму в их валюте, списываются рубли. По возвратам необъяснимые внезапные ограничения по суммам, срабатывающие без уведомлений, о которых магазин узнает после возмущения покупателей ("вы месяц назад сказали, что вернули деньги!"). При ошибке оплаты приходится повторно создавать заказ в магазине, так как второй раз один номер заказа не оплатить - снижает конверсию даже по РФ! Модули цмс багнутые, с кучей проблем, вплоть до порчи складских остатков и снятия ХХ рублей вместо ХХ долларов...
Самое главное, тп на все это отвечает "так и будет" или "передано специалистам"...

Absolutely horrendous customer service
Absolutely horrendous customer service, I have been waiting for my application to be reviewed in less than 24 hours well it is day three now and impossible to get hold of anyone. The chat function is absolutely useless and impossible to communicate with anyone.
Update 29/10
In the meantime still no news either way. This is what I was promised:
"Great! You’ve uploaded everything we need. Our team will now review your application and this should take no longer than 24 hours".
I will wait till Monday and if no news by then, I'm closing my 'account'. I hope that all my data will be deleted too! Fondy you definitely have a huge problem with communication and dealing with applications!
Update
Finally managed to get hold of someone on the phone and let's see what the outcome will be. I still insist the the requirements are not properly explained and it is definitely not true that applications are dealt with in less than 24 hours. Some applications probably are, but quite a few aren't. Communication, Communication, Communication!

Works very fine. I had one payment via fondy. At first the link did not work. But then I wrote them an email and they send a working link the next day. Very fine
So bad and ignorant
No information, you have to figure out everything on your own. That's a service... Customer Service and communication are really bad. I got rejected before I uploaded my documents and they couldn't explain why. After uploading them still didn't change. I tried to reach out and they are not willing to help or give you any information. You have to ask the same question multiple times. In the end, she said you'll be rejected because of your website... documents doesn't matter. Not recommended at all.

Most lett kész a működő fiókom, eddig meg vagyok elégedve vele. Több európai képviselet, korrekt és kedves ügyintézés, gyors reagálás. Egyedül amin lehetne még fejleszteni, az a teljes ügyintézés ideje, ami esetemben több mint 1 hónap volt, de ez gondolom változhat a webshop felépítésétől és egyéb opcióktól.
