Best phone repair service!
Such a great service from start to finish. So seamless and smooth, only had to leave the house to post the actual phone. Great value (my insurance wanted more!) definitely recommend!!! And also good a little choccy treat in my parcel. Go use these guys for a great legitimate service!!!!

they did what they said on the tin
they did what they said on the tin. no fuss, no bother. Needed a new back and front for iphone 8 and they did it overnight (because its tricky) and they gave it good clean too. Not cheap but cheaper than Apple store. Tucked away just off Borough Hight St by London Bridge Station. Reliable service.

My repair turned out to be more complex than originally thought following diagnostics but fone doctors did the additional work at the previously agreed price with no extra cost to me. The extra work meant they kept my laptop longer than anticipated but they provided regular updates so that I always knew what was going on. Excellent service, competitively priced and highly recommended.

From my experience, I have always had free diagnostics and no obligation quotes, skilled, knowledgeable and friendly staff, fair, transparent and competitive pricing and a very speedy service. Last week I bought my son's smashed ipad in at midday and had the screen good as new by 4pm. I no longer work in the London Bridge area, but the outstanding service this team provides is well worth the 25-minute bus ride! Thank you Fone Doctors! :))

Unable to give 0 stars
I broke the screens on 2 phones during lockdown and was unable to try to get them repaired until recently. I took them both to Fone Doctors in London Bridge on 10 August. As I thought the Samsung was the harder model to repair, I left it for repair with Faisal (the boss). The iPhone would apparently take at least one day, and knowing I had had iPhone screens repaired in the past while I waited for a similar price, I decided to keep it. I was told the Samsung would likely be ready Tuesday or Wednesday and they would contact me when it was ready.
I received a missed call from them, without a voicemail message, on Tuesday evening and assumed my phone was ready and went back to the London Bridge store on Wednesday.
I was seen by a different gentleman who checked the computer system and said the phone was not ready yet and would likely be ready the following day.
After not hearing from them on Thursday, I decided o try somewhere else and sent them an email explaining I would collect my phone Friday morning, regardless of whether it was repaired or not.
I was outside the London Bridge address, waiting before their advertised opening time of 10am. Once it got to 10:06 with no sign of opening, I called them. My call was answered by Faisal, who informed me they actually open at 11am, but my phone was at the Canada Water branch and would be returned to the London Bridge address that afternoon, and offered to deliver it to me. I was becoming suspicious and decided I just wanted my phone back as soon as possible so said I would collect it from the Canada Water branch when it opened at 11am.
I was outside the branch, waiting, at 11. When the shutters opened, I was met by the guy who works in the vape shop which shares the shop space. He informed me the guy would not be in at 11 as due to various issues, this is not possible. Faisal is aware of this and still sends customers in at 11am on an almost daily basis leaving the guy from the vape shop to have to explain to customers. He offered to text him to let him know I was waiting while I called Faisal again. Faisal stated he had spoken to his colleague and he was 10 minutes away, and we ended the call.
A few minutes later Faisal called and explained that the reason he called during the week was that he was only able to find a gold screen for my white phone. I expressed surprise at this not yet being fixed and he assured me it would only take 3-4minutes.
His colleague arrived a short time later and apologized for the delay. He explained he had only received the device 10 minutes prior and had been told there was an issue with the home button.
He immediately set about trying to fix the devices but the screen cracked during attachment as it was a copy and therefore inherently weaker. He made a call to Faisal and handed the phone to me. Faisal explained the problem and that it wouldn't be fixed that day. I left after 5 days, 4 trips to 2 branches and poor customer service with my phone unfixed.
TL:DR Awful customer service, after having my phone for 5 days and transporting it to another branch, tried to fix my phone with an inferior product which failed immediately.
