Great repair service, I’ll always be back

Great experience with Fonez! Everyone was super nice, fast service and my phone works perfectly now. Totally recommend them!

I accidentally broke the screen on my iPhone 12 Pro Max, and Matheus was a lifesaver! He managed to repair it within just a couple of hours, and the phone looks as good as new. On top of that, he gave me great advice about upgrading to a better iPhone version and even offered a fair discount when trading in my old phone and earphones, which I was already considering.

The whole process was quick, professional, and honest. I’ll definitely be coming back when I’m ready to upgrade my phone. Highly recommend Matheus!

Replacement phone arrived quickly and without issues. No instructions as to how to use it, but they tend to be self explanatory.

I had a very disappointing experience at the Eyre Square, Galway branch. I bought an iPhone 15 Pro, it had the excellent grade which they advertise as practically brand new on Sunday (Oct 12) for €819. Apple Pay wasn’t working when I set it up. When I brought it back, staff said it needed inspection. Later I was told the phone had been “tampered with” and that I wasn’t entitled to a warranty, which was completely untrue and very upsetting.
The manager basically gaslight me, he said a sticker with my pin “fell out of the phone”. When I had viewed the phone the day before while it was taken apart and seen no sticker. They even took pictures of my phone and no sticker.

After showing photo evidence proving I’d had the phone the whole time, I was finally given a replacement. While I appreciate that the issue was eventually resolved, being falsely accused and made to return multiple times was extremely stressful. Very poor handling of a customer issue, and I won’t be recommending this store to anyone.

AMAZING!!! I went in and didn’t know how to pair my Apple Watch to my phone… and my phone just needed to be updated. After that it was fine!! Got a phone there once and it is perfect!!!! No issues! Very happy😁🤗
