I did my Food Safety Certificate with the New Zealand School of Wine and had a great experience. The course was very clear and easy to understand, and I learned everything I needed to know. The process was smooth, and the team was really supportive. Would definitely recommend them for anyone wanting to do food safety training.

I completed the Barista 1 course and I would highly recommend this school for anyone interested in becoming a barista. My instructor was very knowledgeable and took the time to help each person in the class at their individual skill levels. I plan to continue my schooling with the New Zealand School of Food and Wine.

The course and all the materials are both comprehensive and informative. I greatly enjoyed the course, in terms of both the instruction and resources that were provided.

I enjoyed the course. It gave some great tips for food storage and minimising wastage on top of food safety. Although it is well known and was mentioned, a little more focus on hand washing and correct handwashing might be of value.

It was such a fun day. And I learned so much.
I taught myself to bake bread about 50 years ago. I wish I had taken Ralph’s class then.

On the surface, the course gets you what it says. Its a three-hour online and then an assessment that got me the certification. That part was great. as was the communication and email correspondence before and after the course. No complaints to any of that.
However, the actual online course was difficult for me. There was no presentation, just a person reading and highlighting and typing into the document we were given for the course. It was interesting. As an educator, its not how I would give a presentation, but was it horrible... no, could it be better.. yes.
