Tutor is really good and supportive give fully details and clear explanation

The course did help to explain and complete the assessment with ease. I would say that the amount of time to explain the whole workbook was a bit much. It isn’t hard to understand the material, but saying that I’ve been working in a bar restaurant since I was young so everything felt obvious to me.
Outside of that it’s an easy assessment just tedious but nothing hard to answer and workbook has everything to answer the questions.
The tutors were lovely people and very helpful with any info and corrections, just a long lesson is all I’d say :)

The layout for the slides and the info-book was good and easy to understand. The video call also went well, though it would be nice to have questions answered during the presentation as some questions would've been better answered during the moment for context. The feedback on the unit standard was also very nice and easy to correct. Overall it was good and informative.

Subject matter was explained simply and easy to follow.

Excellent well run course with good communication leading up to it. The exam was tougher than I expected but only around digging out the information from a large document, which is probably the whole point.

On the day of the course, it was well organized and flowing with no technical challenges. The presenter/ tutor was explaining very well, you could easily follow through.

New Zealand School of Food and Wine has an excellent online course, for around 5hours we can saw history, rules, examples and definitions of the authorities en New Zeland.

Its my first experience to learn at NZ. Its short course, but grateful this experience. I learn to the course of LCQ at NZ school of food and wine, before I'd a basic knowledge of this course but when I finished it, its more important and valuable information I gained.
The instructor has lots of knowledge and he try easy to understand all the participates. The environment of the NZ School of Food and Wine was wonderful.

I had a great experience attending the LCQ class. The session was very informative, and the tutor explained everything clearly and in a way that was easy to understand. I really appreciated how the content was broken down step by step, which made it much easier to follow along and build confidence.
