I love Foodhak's Red Thai Curry. The fresh ingredients and rich flavours are incredibly satisfying. It's a high-protein, low-calorie meal that's perfect for maintaining a healthy diet. The absence of preservatives makes it a wholesome and nutritious choice. It's a fulfilling and delicious meal that I highly recommend.

I was approached by a sales guy on the street who was super friendly and convinced me to order 5 meals using a discount code, not something I usually would do but he was good at his job!
Unfortunately, I was incredibly disappointed with the food, the taste was OK, but quite bland and lacking in texture. 3 out of the 5 were very mushy and the other 2 had little to no flavour except high spice levels.
I assume these meals are targeted at people trying to lose weight as well as most of the meals were not a substantial amount of calories for a proper meal (most being under 390 Cals)
The most frustrating part is that I was specifically told that I wasn’t going to be signed up to any ongoing subscriptions as I wanted to try before I committed to buying any more, I have now been auto signed up for another week - which I do not want! Bit misleading as I asked the sales guy at least 3 times about this.

I won’t be buying again but thanks for the discount code.

Awful, ultra processed, tiny portions, sloppy food low in calories and tastes rubbish. Also told them I was allergic to mushrooms and one of my orders turned up with mushrooms in it. Would avoid.

I have really enjoyed the 4 day weight loss diet. I love the snack and breakfast and all the food is delicious.

I feel my body needs more protein so that is my only negative. I added some salmon to my meals and eggs.

I will def order more of the daily millet snack

Mediocre food, very poor packaging and turned up short dated and you cannot freeze.
Subscription cancelled.

The food was very tasty, bit need to be carful of the packaging specially with the flat tray food which has the clingfilm on as one of the eas leaking everywhere

I gave a star but if the option was there for no stars I would have chosen it the food containers had split so I had a messy box of food I called and email with no response at all how disgusting and to think I was going to recommend it to my team at work I would like a refund and I am more disappointed about the lack of commitment to customer care and support I am dumbfounded

Signed up to the 4 week weight loss plan. Week one arrived fine. Food was okay, but lacked protein so each meal didn't fill me up but there were lots of snacks to go alongside, (which I didn't eat as trying to limit sugar, so may have been my own fault) The food didn't look great coming out of the pouches, like yellow dog food. However week 2 delivery didn't arrive, so I contacted customer services who were TERRIBLE. Said I hadn't ordered by the cut off, (even though it was an automatic order?!) took my money and didn't deliver the food. Getting a refund was a nightmare and had to get my bank involved. Really poor experience overall, there are much better food delivery services out there!

The food was delivered on time and was nicely seasoned and tasty. Would order again!

Small portions in pouches like dog food. All mush together, pretty bland flavours, overpriced and small portions.

I was approached by a lovely Colleague in Cheapside, Adeola from Foodhak, and she sold the company to me in every sense, I appreciated her time and enthusiasm and won’t look back on choosing Foodhak

I'm nearly at the end of week 1 of the 4 week weight loss programme and I've really enjoyed it! Every meal has been really, really delicious. Full of flavour. Yes portions are on the small side; but it is a weight loss programme (and I haven't felt starving). I feel great and can genuinely feel like this being a lifestyle change for me. Don't understand the bad reviews; sorry, I'm sold!
