I have been a subscriber to a number of MF's services over the years. Not all have suited me, but there was nothing wrong with what was provided. I have never had an issue with subscribing or cancelling a service. Responses from the client service team have always been very prompt.

I had a query in relation to purchasing ETF's, the response was prompt and concise.

I made an enquiry about my subscription,and had the information in my Gmail account within a couple of hours.
Appreciated their prompt and courteous service

Prompt and timely support acknowledging I did not want to renew my subscription which is not a reflection on MotleyFool in any way. They have provided excellent advice during the two years I was a member but I feel now that I can manage myself.

But when I do ... wow - they get back to me quickly, answer my questions clearly, solve probs/issues promptly!

My request was resolved in less that 30 minutes since I emailed customer service. I like The Motley Fool and the ethics and professionalism they have at all levels of their business.

Once I subscribed and reviewed the service, I realised it wasn't what I was looking for (no fault of the provider).

I found Motley Fool to be an extremely valuable investing tool. Their advice was excellent but I especially appreciate their integrity and philosophy which made me feel really comfortable being involved with them. Communication was also great.
