Just so everyone knows - this is foot haven - they have rebranded and changed the name of their trust pilot so people don’t find them easy.

Beware - they have also rebranded themselves to SOLEHAVEN

If I could give zero stars I would. Do NOT buy from this ‘company.’ They are a scam and dishonest. Terrible customer service lacking communication and responsiveness. Have paid for an item twice and they are refusing to refund my money. I honestly don’t know how this company haven’t been shut down. Absolutely disgraceful and can only hope nobody else buys from them. Disgusting.

DONT BUY FROM THEM. I bought Birkenstocks for my partner, when i returned then because they were the wrong size they never sent me a refund or the correct size. I’ve tried emailing calling. Nothing. No Response.

I’ve seen alot of different kinds of reviews about this company but my shoes indeed come as described and authentic!!

They're using fake reviews, pretending to be a client on Upwork, then offering an entry job. but in a condition to leave reviews for this company.
After that, they're not going to reply or offer you anything.

I’ve shopped a lot over the years and just wanted something that actually lasts. These are seriously the best quality shoes I’ve had. Foothaven feels like they only stock a small curated range soooI couldn’t find every style I was after.. but what they do have is proper.

The team’s been solid. Super helpful when I had questions. And that AI sizing thing? Weirdly accurate. I used it before buying my Birks and they fit spot on. Didn’t have to return or deal with the usual back and forth. That saved me time.

Honestly, I saw heaps of reviews saying the stuff’s legit and yeahh, it is. Not disappointed at all!!!

The entire buying process was enjoyable from start to finish.

Shipping took longer than I expected, so I’d definitely recommend choosing express if you’re in a rush. That said.. I bought 3 items and every single one was real, authentic, and exactly what I ordered. Super happy overall. Will order again, just with faster delivery next time

Don't be scammed!!!
They are a scam website selling fake brands. After multiple complaints and reporting to ACCC and Fair Trade, I finally received my fake order 4 months after ordering. Then 2 weeks later I get an email saying I needed to pay again as my original payment had been reversed which it most definitely hasn't. I'm still out of pocket and stuck with a fake pair of Birks.

Scam website, never received order and they stopped communicating when I asked for a refund.

This is a scammer website. I got my order but they don’t want to send me the return label. I messaged them more then 10 times and still don’t send it to me.
