First of all I've ordered white trainers and received very tired looking yellow ones. Had a big problem with return it and getting to speak with someone. After few days I finally managed to get a return QR code, but still haven't received a refund. Its been 10 days!

Appalling customer service & delivery.
Footpatrol's chosen carrier, DPD, attempted to deliver my order to the wrong address on FIVE occasions. Contact with DPD direct proved useless and Footpatrol, despite being advised of the issue on the first failed delivery attempt and subsequent others, failed to offer any support. My order has now been sent back to Footpatrol. What a disaster. I won't be using Footpatrol again as they're unable to manage their own delivery provider.

This is the second terrible experience I have had with Footpatrol. I returned an item after new year as it didn’t fit. I just wanted a refund, they emails that they had received the return but I have yet to receive my refund. They are now asking for new information even a month after. Hope I get my refund soon

Ordered trainers(again 🤣) for my partner. Delivered quickly and packaged well. I've ordered several times from footpatrol and never had any issues if I've had to return anything as I have received a refund quickly
