I ordered an item and was given a FedEx tracking number, but it has only said “label created” since March 7. That means the package was never given to FedEx. It’s now March 18 and there have been no updates or delivery. I have not received my item and the seller has not provided proof that it was shipped. Be careful ordering from here.And if i try to get a refund it will say only when the order is returned

Ordered a pair of running trainers from this company, after 5 uses they started to fall apart, main sole coming apart from upper shoe clearly a manufacturing defect. Contacted them with photographs clearly showing the faults was told I would have to package them up send them back at my own inconvenience and then wait 14 days from receipt to find out if I would be ‘offered a refund’. My expectation after purchasing a premium running product that was obviously faulty after few uses I would receive and apology and swiftly be sent a replacement pair. The customer who received a defective product shouldn’t inconvenienced for likely 3 weeks before getting their money back when all I really want is operational pair of running which I paid for. Won’t be using this site again

Absolutely terrible experience with Footpatrol.
They received my returned item on 10 February and I was told the refund would be processed within 5–7 days. It has now been over 40 days, and I am still waiting for my money.
Customer service has been extremely poor from start to finish. No proper updates, no resolution, and no urgency to fix the problem.
This was my first and last time ordering from this company. Waiting this long for a refund is completely unacceptable.
I will never use Footpatrol again and would not recommend them to anyone. Even one star is too generous for the level of service I have experienced.

Service client minable et arnaqueur !! J'ai effectué une commande le 24 janvier. Je reçois la commande le 31 janvier et je me rends compte que la paire envoyée n'était pas celle commandée.
J'entreprends un retour, pour lequel je suis obligée de payer 5 euros sinon je n'obtiens pas le bon retour.
Footpatrol a reçu mon retour le 5 février et depuis j'attends mon remboursement. Après avoir attendu leur délai de 14 jours, j'ai envoyé des mails, pas de réponse. Je parviens enfin à trouver un mail, on me rebascule sur un autre mail auquel écrire pour détailler la situation.
Celui-ci me répond complètement à côté en me disant de contacter ma banque car un litige a été ouvert.
Ce sont des pratiques frauduleuses, je souhaite avoir mon remboursement !!!

Codiciosos y servicio al cliente inexistente. Hice un pedido sin querer (pensé que faltaba por escoger el método de pago), así que escribí a soporte UN MINUTO después de hacer el pedido.
No solo no contestaron sino que tardaron en enviar el pedido 4 días haciendo caso omiso a la petición.
Solo quería cambiar el método de pago para poder fraccionarlo, pero lo que han conseguido es que jamás vuelva a comprar en esta tienda.

I ordered Aj1 UNC Reimagined on february 24th, this pair of shoes have manufacturing defects on the shoe’s sockliner and outside (glue around midsole and swoosh), also demaged box with some tape on…
I’m not happy with this purchase, probably won’t buy anything again from this site…

Absolutely shocking service ordered some trainers 3 days ago and paid for next day delivery. Hadn't even been picked up by a courier at all phoned every day of the 3 for an update and no one had any answers. Now been told they're just refunding and got to wait a further 72 hours I needed the trainers to come efficiently absolute appalled will not be using again.

Between Footpatrol and Royal Mail, they've 'lost' some £100 odd running shoes that I was about to use for the Brighton 1/2 marathon on Sunday. I would give them a minus, if that existed.
Customer care non-existent. I believe they're part of JD Sport, if I had known that I would not have ordered from them, since they are execrable.
Blah, blah, this pseudo-American 'reaching out', I am not a member of the Four Tops and this won't solve my time-sensitive problem, since I'll be Eastbourne then Brighton by tomorrow with my old shoes.
It's worth noting that Footpatrol Ireland are on 2.1, if I'd seen that, I would have ordered elsewhere.

I did not recieve an item i purchased as the parcel was taken from the front of my building after being left on the doorstep in plain view . contacted the customer service multiple times which is typical automated response that have you to follow up so to actually speak to a person you have go through a 3 step process to get a human to speak to who replies in 3 working days . Unhelpful and not very cooperative i finally managed to get a form that they said i should fill out and return which i did within the same hour only to be followed up with no response . Completely unhelpful . I had to contact my bank to have some action taken .

I recently had a very disappointing experience with Footpatrol.
I returned a pair of shoes that were clearly not worn, exactly as shown in the attached photos, yet they refused to accept the return. The shoes were in the same condition as received, no creases, no sole wear, no marks. Despite this, they rejected the refund without providing a reasonable explanation.
Customer service was unhelpful and dismissive, repeating policy statements rather than actually reviewing the evidence provided. It feels like once they have your money, resolving issues is not a priority.
I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering, especially if you might need to return an item. Based on my experience, even unworn products can be refused, leaving you stuck and out of pocket.
Very disappointing for a retailer that claims to value customer satisfaction.
