Not a good experience and have not had any contact from yourselves apart from asking for my experience rating thanks for refunding the money. It’s a shame abut the unsuccessful delivery

Would never use again.
I placed two orders, one I would like to return due to sizing, but I can’t because the order is still not even showing as dispatched - I’ve spoke them twice on the phone about this and still no resolution. The other, I gave up waiting for dispatch after over a week, so I managed to cancel this after two phone calls.
Embarrassingly bad service given how well other online retailers can operate.
