Never order from Footpatrol
Would never order from FP again. I bought a pair of shoes that didn't fit me and therefore returned them. Because my returned item was lost at the Evri hub (which I provided proof of) I now have to pay out for shoes I don't own. Wouldn't recommend using Footpatrol to my worst enemy.

Unable to return
I was unsure about purchasing a pair of trainers but did so anyway after checking that i could return the item if I didn’t like the style of it once it arrived and I could look at it in person. So I went ahead and bought it. As with any purchase, it turned out I didn’t like it so I went to the website to try and return it to find out that returns are unavailable for the pair of trainers I bought. Know I’m stuck with a pair of trainers that i can’t even wear.

Ordered trainers on 23rd of January
Ordered trainers on 23rd of January, still not arrived as they used Evri, and parcel is currently “misplaced” in Evri warehouse. Contacted Footpatrol several days ago, by email, but had no reply from customer service, other than an automated email asking for more info on the order. Which was provided but received nothing back. Should probably stop using Evri as their delivery service

Absoutely Shocking
Ordered "Adidas Stone Roses tobacco" on 27/1/26 as of today no communication from them despite sending them numerous emails and numerous comments online saying they don't have the stock. Other reviews saying they are making 45-60 min phone call to get a refund.. Will never buy from them again!!!
So I appreciate the reply... Still no refund if my order is cancelled as you have said Why do I have to contact you to get the refund?

I am sorry to hear your order was cancelled, this can happen when the item is no longer in stock at the time it came to pick and pack your order. This is layed out in our terms and conditions, however we can understand this is frustrating.
In regards to our call time wait, this may vary depending on peak periods throughout the day. Call volumes can be higher around peak times, therefore there is a wait implemented on the calls getting through to one of our agents. You are able to email in via our webform if you are unhappy with wait times.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Waste of time. Ordered some release trainers and order stuck on confirmed status for a week. Tried to contact but service is shocking. Managed to get through via messenger, after that my order was cancelled. We all know what you do with release trainers. Your staff grab them up and inflate prices on eBay. Please steer clear of this company. Last time I ever use!
