The worst freight forwarder ever. They don't pick up calls. They don't know how to help save you money. They have very unprofessional and unknowledgeable people and they threaten to hold your stuff and charge you when they have made the mistake in the first place. They are the wors company to work with. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM

We cannot recommend this company

We had a very disappointing experience with Forceget as our 3PL for Amazon FBA. During our engagement, pricing was changed without prior notice and we were charged fees that were not consistent with the original rate proposal. Some charges appeared duplicated or embedded within other line items, making the billing unclear and difficult to reconcile.

One specific example is that we were billed for a FedEx fee, even though FedEx services were never used and our inventory was picked up by our own truck.

Their fulfillment practices also created operational risk for our Amazon Seller account, as shipments were marked as “shipped” before they were actually handed over to the carrier.

Communication and customer service were poor, particularly from the finance department, which was unprofessional and unhelpful when we attempted to resolve billing discrepancies.

Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this company due to concerns regarding transparency, billing accuracy, and operational reliability.

Forceget logistics system

I used to think Amazon Vendor Central was the only way to scale. I was wrong, because Forceget’s fulfillment gave us so much flexibility to set our own pricing, control our inventory, and reduce costly stockouts. It’s the smartest move we’ve made.

Poor execution and handling

Unfortunately, we had a negative experience that we wouldn’t want to repeat. The shipment process was poorly coordinated, and instead of a solution, we were met with deflection and unexpected charges. There was no sense of ownership from the provider.

Forceget was introduced to us via an Amazon representative as a logistics provider familiar with FBA delivery procedures. Unfortunately, our experience with them was anything but professional.
Our shipment to Amazon Canada was misrouted, leading to missed inventory deadlines, marketing losses, and reputational impact. Instead of resolving the matter transparently, Forceget continued to hold our goods unless we paid for the extra costs they themselves caused.
We’ve worked with many freight forwarders over the years, and this was the first time we felt pressured in this way. In our view, this is not a trustworthy long-term partner for serious sellers.

We booked an international shipment…

We booked an international shipment from China to an Amazon fulfillment center in Canada. The final delivery address was confirmed in writing and acknowledged by Forceget prior to shipment.

Despite this, the container was delivered to the wrong location — across the country. The result: our goods were delayed, we missed our Amazon launch window, and we suffered major financial losses.

When we raised the issue, Forceget refused to take responsibility and instead attempted to pass on thousands of dollars in additional charges that only arose due to their misdelivery.

Their response was dismissive and defensive. In over 10 years in this industry, I’ve never experienced such a lack of accountability.

Would not recommend for anyone relying on time-sensitive or high-volume fulfillment.

Our experience with Forceget was…

Our experience with Forceget was extremely disappointing. While the initial communication and quoting process were smooth, everything changed once a serious operational error occurred.
Our container was shipped to the wrong destination, and instead of owning the mistake, Forceget insisted on charging us for storage, redelivery, and handling — all caused by their own failure.
What followed was a series of excuses, shifting blame, and an unwillingness to take even partial financial responsibility. To make matters worse, scheduled calls were missed, and replies were delayed or vague.
This is not how you treat customers in a professional B2B setting. I would strongly caution any business relying on Forceget for time-critical or Amazon-related shipments.

Forceget Helps You in the Best Way in Every Matter

Running an ecom store with international orders can be tough and pretty exhausting especially when I need to focus on other aspects of the business, but Forceget has taken the guesswork out of logistics. Their team helped with everything from customs to freight options. My deliveries are now faster and cheaper.

Communication and Customer Service breakdown

I have been a customer of Forceget for 2 years, but their communication and customer service has broken down. In the middle of the tariff situation between US and China, I have a shipment in transit that I tried to contact Forceget about. If they had replied to my inquiries, I would have been able to take mitigating actions. After over a month of zero contact, now they are hitting me with an insane customs invoice with... well here's the exact wording "Entry has been done already. This needs to be paid." So that's your tone? What about 33 days ago when I first contacted with my concerns and would have had a chance to do something about it? What about my further attempts via the online portal?

I would advise avoiding this company if you value communication and customer service. Any potential clients, feel free to reach out to me here for more details. I will be spreading the word via other outlets as well.

I never leave negative reviews as I know…

I never leave negative reviews as I know the impact they can have on a Business. However I don't know what other option is available to me.

Forceget lost one of my shipments on the 5th of February 2025. Since then I have been chasing for a solution and gotten nowhere. It takes 2-3 emails in order for me to get any reply, even though 4-5 emails are cc'd in to the thread.

I used forceget for 2-3 years and they started off fantastic! I don't know what has happened in the past 6-12 months but they have now become exhausting to deal with. A real drag on running my Business.

Always willing to change a review if things change, but I have little hope.
