I used ICE recently for the first time and am exceedingly happy with not only their services, but also their customer support. I can't name another company so committed to insuring that I was kept informed about the processing of my order! The website, exchange rates, currency availability, and ease of ordering were all excellent. I wish I was presented an option of how to ship, however. I had to go hours out of my way to pick up my currency at a USPS office on the other side of town during rush hour before the office closed. Had I been able to use UPS, I could have picked my envelope up at convenient store on the way home from work. My most recent currency order was through another company simply for this reason alone.
