I came across the product a few years…
I came across the product a few years ago when a friend and I were at West Edmonton Mall. She stopped for a sample and I'm the one somehow ended up making a purchase. It's inconvenient for me to go to the store, so I ordered online where there was a sale so perfect timing on my end. My one issue was since I live in Canda and you can only order through the American site, It's a hassle to get it across the border. Fedex is the shipper and they hold it until you sign off on it, and then you have to pay customs on it as well

Miss sold
I bought the instant wrinkle eye cream in Vegas- which when demoed had an instant skin tightening effect and was visibly noticeable. I purchased this and have opened on my return and it’s not the same product! This cream does not have the instant effect at all! Not impressed!

According to the FedEx this order was actually delayed due to not receiving a response from the recipient resulting in it's clearance hold expiring and it actually being designated as 'return to shipper'. I’ve called customer service with…
I’ve called customer service with complaints (and sent in a form through their website) because I have concerns my product was tampered with. I’ve ordered the Diamond infused eye serum for years now and this last order was so different - so oily, and didn’t have the good sting that comes with application that tells me it’s working. I’m not sure this version is effective at all.

Love the exfoliant
I had not received my order, but found out Fedex had a problem finding my address for some reason?? I did get it today!!
I have used the exfoliant for over ten years and love it. My skin is very dry, and I use this product once a week while I'm in the shower using soft and gentle circular motions until I feel everything that needs to removed is gone. Rinse thoroughly with warm water and add my nightly moisturizer.

My story is the same as most of those…
My story is the same as most of those here - lured in to try samples - pushy pushy and new deal after new deal comes down the pike and then they call in other staff to surround you and pressure you with false promises and pictures of success stories off their phones and then more private secret deals just for you (never seen anything like it before even when buying a car!) but we purchased a "kit" of 4 products because my husband did like how my skin looked like a plastic shield to remove wrinkles - we flew home the next day not having taken the set out of packaging so we could pack it in suitcases - got home and 1/2 the jars were empty or discolored and serum smelled like male sperm - it didn't smell like that in the store. I threw up and immediately tried to contact store/website/CS etc - got nothing and no return calls/emails/responses of any sort. If they truly offer a quality product instead of scamming junk slop or empty containers they'd return calls or email - they just want you to go away and most of us probably will - decide it's not work it but $400 is not something I'm willing to part with and get crap in return...if it was a genuine kit of product I'd say I bought it- it's on me but they basically stole my $$ and I don't go away easy. I called my CC company to dispute charge - they took it off my card until they could investigate further so I recommend everyone do that and maybe they'll get tired to scamming everyone and losing out on sales that are being disputed...I'm glad they sent me an email today to shop with as it gave me access to all your helpful reviews that back up my version of what many of you have dealt with - the LV stores need to go away as they're going after the out of town market of people who are drinking and either on business or vacations and don't live there and can't return to the store easily. Maybe this online products are genuine but it's the same Customer Service which is non exisitant to makes you think it's all very expensive junk you believe must be good at those prices. Shame on you Forever Flawless -- forever fake is more like it!
