I ordered the Christmas special, buy 1 get 2 more. I only got 1. I feel ripped off.

They sent me a discount code for signing up with my email for 15%, and then when I went to pay/check out, it didn't give it to me. I further checked the internet found a 50% code, which it acknowledged at checkout, but then wouldn't go through, stating "No Delivery Method Chosen". Then when I called, there message was very old, it said "Closed due to COVID and that they would respond to Internet forum they had on their home page, but when I left a message, no response. CRICKETS!

Your product, specifically the Diamond Infused Eye Serum, is amazing! I've used it now for at least 8 years and it's worth every penny. I will warn any who are looking for some cheaper alternative offered by some other seller, you get what you pay for! I tried that once, and found that "whatever" was in the official bottle was NOT the real product!

I placed an order for the Diamond Infused Eye Serum and received an EMPTY bottle! I called to report it only to be told they don't answer the phone due to Covid? I emailed and they said they were sorry. I have not received any new product replacement nor a credit to my card.

I placed an order for 3 hand lotions and was charged for 6. I called the number listed on the site to address, and also emailed customer service. To date no one has followed up. Very disappointing.

I recently place order and one of the item came damage and with missing cap, when I called the phone number the message says do to Covid 19 the offices are closed please e-mail us. I e-mail customer service twice with no response. You would thing that the item with high ticket price would have great customer service, but no. I get a better customer service from a drug store. I would not order any items from them not do I recommend this company.

I was able to log into my account and place my order with the coupon code. I received my order very quickly. I love all of the products!

Like most reviewers on here I was scammed into the hard sell in Las Vegas. Bought the pump action 24K Eye Serum but it has not even lasted 6 applications the size of a pin head! Absolute scam - I have sent numerous messages with no reply. I even note they don’t reply on here SO AM WARNING YOU LADIES TO BE CAREFUL AND NOT BE SCAMMED LIKE I WAS!

Great sale, easy transaction and quick overseas delivery

My shipment arrived compromised; one of the items had burst or become damaged in transit. Upon reporting this a new one was shipped to me right away. I really appreciate the speedy follow-up in resolving the problem. Thanks a bunch!

I was pulled in and succumbed to high pressure (and patently false) sales techniques! When I got home, I had red pinprick dots all over my face! I went back to the store to return all of my unopened items. They then told me that I had signed a white piece of paper saying that I knew there were no returns. I swear I never signed that. They had to have lifted it from my credit card signature. The only thing I signed was for the credit card. They refused to take the items back and I refused to leave with them. I simply left them in the store. I have video of the salesman saying he'd just put them out in the mall for someone to take. Don't go near these people! If you have had similar experiences, I filed something with class action dot org so I'm hoping that they'll find enough people like me who were scammed to cost this company a lot of their unethically earned money.
