I have emailed this company several times about a December 5th order. I was told it was to be delivered on December 10th. All they can say is due to weather conditions they are running late. Each time I look at the order it states it has shipped and in delivery pending. It is now December 19th. All hipe.

Received three shattered candles. Only option is for store credit or replacements and I would have to pay shipping costs. Please BE CAUTIOUS ordering from this company. Their customer service is awful.

Quite upset, have ordered one of these for my girlfriend as a Christmas present unknowing the amount of bad reviews and bad customer service. I have sent a message on 3 different platforms asking for support in tracking my order and no one has gotten back to me. I ordered on the 5th of December bearing in mind I payed for express delivery and it has nearly been two weeks, Not good enough. Don’t order from here if you have a time frame and care about presents turning up on time.

I purchased 2 candles. I didn’t expect any big diamonds. HOWEVER, I should at least be able expect a diamond in each candle. One candle had a diamond so tiny I’m afraid to take it out the capsule. The other candle’s diamond capsule was empty. I still have it. Its still sealed with the company’s seal….and there is clearly nothing in it. The company doesn’t respond to emails nor answers the phone number listed for them. To top it off, the candles have little to zero smell. What a waste of money. I will be doing a charge back via my bank & reporting them to the Postal Inspectors as they govern internet sales.

I have now bought three candles and really like them. The candles themselves are really nice and have a nice aroma when burning. The diamond is the extra part that is nice. So far I have only received two small diamonds, I have not burned the third candle down to the surprise diamond yet, so I don't know what that one is. I am sure that I will purchase more candles in the future. So far each diamond has a value of about $25 which is about half the price of the candle so it is a win win situation.

I ordered my candle on the 29th of November. It’s December 15th and come to find out, they never even shipped my package because apparently I owe them $1 for an address change? I never changed my address!! It took 13 days for them to finally tell me that it wasn’t sent because they decided to change me for an address change I didn’t make?

Apparently this company is hit or miss, and I was missed. Bought $140 worth of candles for presents for all the young ladies in my family for Christmas at the end of November, like the 26th or around there, no candles STILL and it’s December 15. Will the girls get their presents? Beginning to doubt it. I thought this would be great girls are 17-24 perfect ages for this I thought with excellent reviews that I read. Now what? Sad really.

I placed order 22 November and I still did not receive anything. Customer support does not even answer. If I will receive candle I will change my review.

Ordered the “big nick energy” with a Black Friday deal of an additional free diamond. I ordered on November 28th, got a confirmation for my order but never received an email with a tracking number. I reached out and got no answers, it’s also apparently too late to cancel my order as it’s been past the 10 days they allow after purchase. Losing out on money for no reason. This company needs to do better. Very upset

Parcel arrived quick and candles smell really good. However, one of the candles arrived completely obliterated with glass everywhere, this was supposed to be a Christmas present, but now I will have to give half of the set.

I have ordered from them several times, this time I ordered several candles as a gift for my wife. Because I travel for work I did not open them immediately, when I did half my order was delivered broken. They will not do anything for me because I did not notify them within the 5 day limit. I will never order anything from them again. If you get something from them check it immediately for problems, otherwise you can kiss your money goodbye

I ordered on 2 december and the order did not update since then. Im writing this review already because i have 10 days right to cashback and if they respond soon i might get clarity

I ordered a 4 pack of candles and 3 out of 4 were broken, the packaging sucks, customer service lacks. After sending picture of glass shattered candles ive been ghosted by them, buyer be ware!

Good experience and Great candles. Has some pros and cons for the company which is why I reduced a star.
I also see why a lot of people complain about the candles. They are expensive for the size, think Yankee candle prices but more, have small diamonds, and processing takes awhile. However there's a lot of positives.
Firstly I bought DIRECT from the website not some 3rd party company like Amazon, tiktok etc.

Pros:
Actual real not lab created diamond.

Size was spot on for what is posted right at 2mm for the 4 ive uncovered so far. 2mm is a avg size for accent stones in rings and necklaces for an example. So yes they are small but they are real, cut and polished, with good color which is the main thing you look for at this size so the 25$ value they claim is pretty accurate. (Yes even diamonds this small go for like 10-100$ depending on cut, clarity, color)

Candles have smelled fantastic so far. Some scents are better than others. Current candle smells like watermelon but scent doesn't linger too long. Previously one was a fresh scent that the smell stayed for 2 or 3 hours after the candle was put out.

Pretty good burn time. I light them for around 3-4 hours a day when I get home. First candle I think lasted around 50 to 60 hours. I think they say 70 hours so that may be off.

See a lot of people complaining candles were broken. My first order had 6 and they were all neatly arranged in bubble wrap in a plain box and came perfectly fine. Have a feeling broken candles come from 3rd party sellers.

Lots of sales so even though single diamond candles go for 25-40$ you can catch sales where a lot are 20-30$

One of the candles had double diamonds! And I didnt order a double diamond candle as it came in a 4 pack of single diamond candles.

Cons:
Order processing time take like 3-5 days. A long time for today's market

Diamonds cone with a bs certification. Not any official certification. However they are legitimate not lab created. (Took to my local jeweler who ive worked with for 5 years to have multiple custom created accessories made including my wife's wedding ring)

Candles are a little smaller than I expected.

For the most part a great experience and I will continue to order candles from them. I love candles and I love getting real, good quality diamonds i can use to make more jewelry for my wife.

Again order direct. Most 3rd party companies are known for messing things up and they do list EXACTLY what you will receive on their website

Spent alot of money to not get my complete order. Only had 1 diamond out of 3 candles. Not impressed with it. If you just want the candle part then this is the place smells nice long lasting. But I dont know alot of people that want to $50 or more a candle.

The candles smell good and the idea of hidden gems inside is pretty cool. One of my candles was broken when shipped but customer service has promised me a new one. So yeah pretty cool. No complaints.

Love the smell, an the excitement of when the little bottle inside appears with that awesome gift inside. Love these candles.
