Unacceptable Behaviour at a Public Swimming Pool
Deeply disappointing experience. The woman who runs the swim coaching business at this facility acted as though she had exclusive rights to a public, pay-per-use swimming pool. She falsely claimed to have booked out areas of the pool—which, by policy, can’t actually be reserved in the way she insisted—and proceeded to restrict paying customers to using only a quarter of the available space.
Her behaviour was entitled, controlling, and made several of us feel uncomfortable and out of place in a space we had paid to access fairly. Rather than working alongside the public in a shared facility, she treated it as her own private club, showing a complete lack of respect for others.
