ON THE SHORT LIST WHAT A USELESS APP THAT IS

Very dishonest service(garbage) a few years ago when i registered believing the numbers on their website, of course the numbers were NOT true they were manipulated to show us the their service is profitable.
When i confronted Steve and i asked him for a refund he did not accept. Neither paypal helped. I advise you to stay away and if i could put zero stars or minus that would be the right one.

FormGenie has been operating for quite a time and I tried them for the ratings and got interested in the BOT both of which I have utilised for a few years.

Having tried ratings from many sources theirs are as good as the best and can pull out some decent priced selections. A range of service options are available to suit individual requirements.
My experience has been positive, with a reliable data service and excellent customer service.
Noting some of the negative reviews, nothing is perfect and like all horse racing services you need to understand the data and know how to use it. This also applies to the BOT which can do an amazing job on a complex event which is ever changing. I do not think it should be used unsupervised unless you have thoroughly tried it out using test mode.

I have given 4 stars instead of 5 because nothing in life is perfect especially betting on horse racing - I would add a plus to that rating as I feel what is offered being good value especially the yearly Gold version which I am still subscribing to.

These ratings are an excellent addition to the horse racing selection procedure; coupled with the market support indicator, very accurate. Membership is competitively priced relative to reward, obviously there are flat patches, but overall I would suggest way above the average service : first class customer support - with a trial available free. Have used Form Genie for al least 5 years now and would never consider cancelling. Great system for Horse Racing backed up by excellent support and customer service.

Do not believe a word of it. I am taking them to the small claims court. Repeated attempts at dialogue about this product and replies including - sorry it went in the junk, software being changed (which didn't happen), etc etc. Steve who runs the company is a fraudster in my opinion and will take your money. Very good sweet talker before you give him your money, disappears off the face of the earth when you have any problems.

I have been gambling successfully for 25 years and got taken in by his sweet-talking. Do not give this company a penny - you have been warned!!!

They are developed and licensed by Retrospection Software Ltd. I would stay away from anything that they are involved in.

After the 3rd time of asking for a refund Stephen said he would consider a refund but guess what nothing has happened. If this situation changes I will happily report the fact on here. He has also changed the wording on his website presumably in light of myself and others threatening court action.

Wrote a very positive write up for the first month I tried this system but sadly four months following the system loses consistently - leave alone

WARNING!!! Use this software at your peril. I asked for a one day trial and had a few emails back and forth with Steve. His answer were pretty short and disinterested so I just went with the default settings. At 7 PM the software had made a healthy £150 using the £10 dutch recovery method. Great I though and went to sit down for tea, content in the knowledge of this amazing new software that was going to make a nice profit every day. Imagine my horror upon checking later that the last 7 races (3 horses in each race) all lost. Yes that is 21 horses this software chose supposedly using some clever algorithm! I maye as well have stuck a pin and chosen randomly. These 7 lost resulted in losing £2200! Steve did offer me a 7 day free trial to try and recover some of the money - big whoop! And the software lost me another £300 based on setting he asked me to send a screenshot of and okay'd. He went dark for 5 days never checking in. Had I been Steve I would have been horrified that someone could lose £2200 on their first day and done everything to help including checking in daily, ensuring setting were refined and tweaked etc. When I finally confronted him he tried to blame me for not deselected COLD. This software is dangerous. It is like given a child a box of matches. Do yourself a MASSIVE FAVOUR and avoid this software. Read the other stories below of the same experience. I wish I had.

My advice is simple.Use the super and power ratings.look for races that do not have the fav(10/30 or less) as one of the top three rated(dutch) Stick with those.You will be beating your bookmaker at there own game

Joined January 2022. I have never looked back. Last time I put money into my betting account was December 2021. I am now on yearly subscription of silver. As soon as I reach £1000 I withdraw 500 back to my bank which has happened 3 times now. They don't profess to give you 100% winners but if you work it right, its brilliant.

Avoid. They makes claims about how much each setting on their BOT will make. It won’t , it just empties your Betfair account. The Formgenie Bot profit on their front page makes daily claims on profit yet they only include winners, they don’t add losers as it’s a loss recovery, they believe you will always recover any losses. You could easily find yourself betting £2000 to recover your previous losses and win £10.
Their profit claims are based on you getting the best price available on every horse at any time up to the start of the race, that's not possible, you cannot know if the price you take will be the best price. They make great claims about their steamer mode, it’s so good they don't publish the results on their web page. No wonder, short price loser after short price loser, sometimes three in one race. Please do not waste your money on Formgenie.

If I could give it less I would, I tried the BOT for a month wiped account tried various suggested setting all useless the horse Hot Favs are useless, you might as well throw a dart at a dartboard and choose that horse. Please don't waste your money you can't win on horse racing, the only people who do are Bookies and Firms like this. Please note there is no money Back Garantee and there is a reason for that, they would have to return everyone's money...

I would recommend this service for those on a limited time frame, The ratings are clear, precise and accurate and may be used in different modes: Dutch, singles or each way, depending on the nature of the race. Larger handicaps make the Dutch bet an attractive proposition. There is obviously a lot of algorithmic programming on the finished race card.
The ratings are available the night before, but same day, I think, is alright with the extra market liquidity; particularly on the exchanges. Sound value for the price of a round of drinks at the races...!

If you want loose money use Formgenie. The strike rate they show counts for nothing because most winners are at evens or worst, and they even manage to count loosers as winners, for ex. if a horse finish first but is disqualified they still count it as a winner

Outstanding customer service and extremely valuable information. I use the 'bot' which has produced fabulous results on autopilot. Definately 5 stars!!

Have been a member for about a week, and have found a few ways to use the ratings. An issue, at least to me, is to find a way to use the ratings, when you only can use Betfair exchange.
Can't say anything about the bot, as it can't be used in Denmark.
The customer service on the other hand, has, from my experience, been fantastic. Bought gold and the bot, and from the start I had issues to get the bot running. Had a chat over mail, and seemed like Steve tried everything, but couldn't make the bot work. The problem was the danish nem-id, that made it impossible to log into betfair via the bot. In the end, Steve and I found a solution concerning the payment that, I guess, satisfied both of us.

If i find a way to use the ratings to BSP I'll surely "upgrade" the review to 5.
